Each week I share my favorite college player props as part of our DFS College Football series.

We find our edge with RotoWire's Picks & Props tool. Multiple prediction factors help decide if we should lean "higher" or "lower" on all of the player props available across multiple DFS sites and sportsbooks. I use the tool as a starting point to highlight props that I might otherwise miss and to narrow down my options before doing a deeper dive into matchups and trends.

Below are some of the best picks you can make on Underdog this week.

QB Brendan Sorsby, Cincinnati

Sorsby has been a great leader for the Bearcats, taking them to a 7-2 record and a shot at the Big 12 Championship, but he has rarely needed to carry the team with his passing. In fact, he has only topped 221 yards once in the past five games and has only attempted over 25 passes in three of nine games.

The matchup against Arizona should allow Cincinnati to stick with its run-first game script. Arizona's pass defense ranks 7th in the country (160.1 pass yards per game allowed) with teams finding more success against the Wildcats in the running game (141.9 rush yards per game allowed).

CFB Underdog Pick: Brendan Sorsby, LOWER than 236.5 pass yards

QB Jeff Sims, Arizona State

Arizona State's offense looks a lot different with starting quarterback Sam Leavitt out for the season and superstar receiver Jordyn Tyson also sidelined. Sims has started and played in three full games for the Sun Devils dating back to last season, and he has never topped 177 passing yards. It's clear that it shifts to a run-focused offense with Sims at the helm, as he has 21 and 29 carries in his two starts this season.

West Virginia has a middle-of-the-pack run defense that Arizona State should be able to exploit and keep Sims, who is completing just 50.7% of his passes this season, out of trouble.

CFB Underdog Pick: Jeff Sims, LOWER than 175.5 pass yards

RB Kamari Moulton, Iowa

Speaking of mid-tier run defenses, USC, Iowa's opponent this week, ranks 60th in the country rush yards allowed per game (141.7 yards). Meanwhile, Iowa is one of the most run-heavy offenses in the country, led by Moulton.

After missing a pair of games early in the season, the sophomore has handled the ball at least 14 times in every game and has hit 75 or more yards in five straight. In what should be a competitive game, Iowa is sure to stick to the game plan and keep the ball on the ground, leading to plenty of opportunities for their running backs.

CFB Underdog Pick: Kamari Moulton, HIGHER than 72.5 rush yards

WR Griffin Wilde, Northwestern

Wilde has been the go-to receiver for the Wildcats all season, topping this number in all but one game. Even in that one, he pulled in four of seven targets, making it seven out of nine games with at least that many throws in his direction.

Michigan will bring its 48th ranked pass defense to Wrigley Field. The Wolverines run defense is its strength, so Northwestern will need to find success in the pass game to keep this one competitive.

CFB Underdog Pick: Griffin Wilde HIGHER than 45.5 receiving yards
