The season is already halfway over, and soon June will be over as well. Where does the time go? There are 15 games Friday with the first one starting at 5:05 PM ET. Here are some recommendations for your daily fantasy lineup.
STARTING PITCHER
Marco Gonzales, SEA vs. KAN ($40): Gonzales has a 4.04 ERA, best of his career to date, but his FIP is even better. The 26-year-old has a 3.66 ERA in his first year as a full-time starter. On top of that, the Royals rank last in runs scored per game.
Joe Musgrove, PIT at SDP ($33): Musgrove's 4.59 ERA is a product of poor luck, as he has a 3.59 FIP. He's also struck out 8.37 batters per nine innings, a new personal best. The Padres have a .297 OBP as a team, and their home stadium is favorable to pitchers. That should help Musgrove out.

CATCHER
Kevin Plawecki, NYM at MIA ($14): Plawecki's batting average isn't great, but he has a .740 OPS this season after having a .764 OBS last year. That's nothing to sneeze at from a catcher. The Marlins will be starting Sandy Alcantara. The 22-year-old has not started a game in the majors yet, but he has a 3.71 ERA in Triple-A this season.
FIRST BASE
Jesus Aguilar, MIL at CIN ($18): Aguilar already has 19 homers and has an OPS in the 1.000 range. The encouraging thing is that his BABIP is actually LOWER than it was last season, so these numbers aren't a fluke. Sal Romano has a 5.40 ERA, and he's allowed 1.48 home runs per nine innings as well.
SECOND BASE
Yoan Moncada, CWS at TEX ($15): Moncada's numbers aren't great, but against righties he has a .786 OPS. His issues are mostly with lefties. Yovani Gallado is not left handed. He also has a 12.08 ERA this year. It's a small sample size, but he hasn't had an ERA under 5.42 since 2015.
THIRD BASE
Alex Bregman, HOU at TAM ($24): Bregman has been great on the season, but he's been red hot for the last month. He has a .968 OPS over his last 30 games, and he's been crushing it as a hitter since he made his debut in 2016. Tampa's manager Kevin Cash said that Wilmer Font has earned a permanent role as a starter for the Rays. Somehow, he managed to do that despite having a 6.46 ERA.
SHORT STOP
Manny Machado, BAL vs. LAA ($15): Machado has a .557 slugging percentage, a career high, and 20 homers, so trade rumors certainly aren't hurting him. The 25-year-old is smack dab in his prime, and he could end up putting up his best numbers yet. Angels starter Felix Pena has a career 5.12 FIP, and most of that has been in relief.
OUTFIELD
Rhys Hoskins, PHI vs. WAS ($21): Hoskins is turning it around after a slow start. He has seven homers in his last 30 games, giving him 13 total. The 25-year-old has also boosted his slugging percentage to .496. Erick Fedde is starting for Washington, and in seven career starts he has a 6.99 ERA.
Nick Castellanos, DET at TOR ($18): Castellanos broke out with 26 homers and 101 RBI last season, and he's taking it to the next level this year. He's slashing .310/.359/.514 and has 11 home runs. Things aren't breaking right this year for Marcus Stroman, who has a 6.80 ERA. His FIP is a better 4.33, but that's not terribly formidable either.
George Springer, HOU at TAM ($16): Springer is scuffling, but his career slash line is still .265/.357/.474. There's no reason for fear, and his struggles have dropped his price to a place where he potential to provide real bang for your buck. As previously noted, Wilmer Font has a 6.46 ERA this season, and his career ERA is 7.24
