The White Sox and Carlos Rodon open a huge road favorite -222 against Matt Manning and the Detroit Tigers. I love the recent history for Rodon and against Manning. Rodon has won his last four starts going five innings in each start with 26 strikeouts and four walks. Rodon has two solid starts against the Tigers going 13 innings, 21 strikeouts, 3 walks, and 2 runs. Manning has a 5.94 ERA in his last 7 starts with just 25 strikeouts in 33.1 innings.

Robbie Ray is going for the American League Cy Young now after Gerrit Cole got rocked yesterday against the Indians. I look for another monster start for Ray who just pitched against the Rays on September 15th striking out 13 in seven innings. Ray has been on a monster run in his last seven starts with 74 strikeouts and only 8 walks. He also has an incredible history against the Rays with 46 strikeouts and just 3 walks in his last five against them, all in 2021. The Jays are 15-3 in their last 18 games, while the Rays are just 8-10.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Baltimore Orioles 7:05 pm EDT
The Phillies are -200 on the moneyline and Suarez has a 6.5 strikeout prop. I don't like either line, but I love both in this spot. The Same Game Parlay has become very popular especially when you can get the strikeout prop at great odds with the favorite to win. Suarez has hit at least five strikeouts in his last five starts with a 1.55 ERA and 1.07 WHIP. The Phillies are back knocking on the door to win the NL East as they are just two games back of the Braves.
