Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, BAY at PSG ($17): I was somewhat tentative on Choupo-Moting last week, but it's clear being the front man of Bayern's attack is always worth targeting, no matter the skill level. In addition to scoring in the first leg, he had a floor of 16.6 fantasy points from another shot on target and three chances created. With Bayern in need of at least two goals, they could rack up just as many opportunities as the prior game, which means more chances for Choupo-Moting. His price allows you to use him in cash games and tournaments, as he opens up everything else for your roster. You could take him with another Bayern forward like Thomas Muller ($21), Leroy Sane ($19) or Kingsley Coman ($18), or even go on the opposite end and back PSG. Muller is probably my favorite stacking piece because he's been more active in front of net without Robert Lewandowski, while the two on the wing don't get the same kind of scoring opportunities. Joshua Kimmich ($16) was probably the best play last week because of his role on set pieces, leading to a ridiculous 10 chances created. The price of him and Choupo-Moting allows you to spend more at a couple more positions (Muller) and that'll likely be a popular cash

Neymar, PSG v. BAY ($22): Despite Kylian Mbappe ($23) bagging a brace last game, I still prefer Neymar. He is rested since he was suspended over the weekend and is on the ball more. While Mbappe scored twice last game, he also completed just eight passes and had a floor of 2.6 points. Neymar didn't have a high floor either, but he's also more likely to both score and assist. Of course, if you don't think PSG will get the same kind of opportunities as the first leg, then you probably shouldn't spend on these guys. Still, the counter attacks will be there, similar to that first meeting. Bayern need to score and if they don't have that key second goal late in the match, they'll put the majority of their team forward, which will only open up lanes for PSG. Sure, Mbappe is probably more lethal in that scenario, but Neymar will still be the one passing to him. There isn't much else to like from PSG in terms of attacking potential; Danilo ($10) is set to play as a center-back and he had 13 clearances in the first meeting, though Idrissa Gueye ($7) is cheaper and will get plenty of defensive work in the midfield.
Christian Pulisic, CHE v. POR ($13): As long as Reece James starts, Mason Mount ($18) won't be on sets and probably isn't worth the money. Mount scored in the first meeting, but he also had a floor of just 5.6 fantasy points. There's no guarantee both Pulisic and Kai Havertz ($14) start midweek after going full 90s over the weekend, but Thomas Tuchel may want to capitalize on their form. That's kind of my strategy in this spot, as both are cheap attacking players on a favorite on a two-match slate. Pulisic bagged a brace against Crystal Palace and has scored in each of his last two starts, while Havertz has looked much better over the last few weeks even if it didn't show up in fantasy until the last match. If neither start, I don't think Mount or Timo Werner ($20) are worth looks in cash games, mainly because neither have much of a floor and are expensive. I'd be intrigued by Hakim Ziyech ($15), but he's played seven minutes in Chelsea's last two matches.
Sergio Oliveira, POR at CHE ($16): If you want to spend on the biggest underdog of the slate, Oliveira is your guy. He was suspended for the first leg when Otavio ($13) took all set pieces and managed a floor of 15 fantasy points from four chances created. Oliveira is a tad more expensive, but he's shown his quality in the Champions League this season, scoring five goals and hitting double-digit fantasy points in all games but the trip to Man City. The good thing about Oliveira, at least for cash games, is that he also supplies defensive stats, so even if Chelsea control this match, he could still have a decent floor. Even then, it's not like Chelsea controlled the first leg, as Porto had twice as many shots (12), including five on target. The odds have Chelsea winning another 2-0 type match, but Porto have to press and there will be opportunities for them. If you really like Porto, Moussa Marega ($17) and Mehdi Taremi ($14) are most likely to score as the front men, but neither has been as reliable as Oliveira.
DEFENDERS
Colin Dagba, PSG v. BAY ($7): Either Dagba or Thilo Kehrer ($6) seems set to start at right-back, and while neither has much of a floor, their prices allow you to spend more at forward. The other route is a trio of $8 defenders in Wilson Manafa, Abdou Diallo and Lucas Hernandez, none of whom have floors much better than the cheaper options.
Reece James, CHE v. POR ($12): I like Alphonso Davies ($11) at his price, but James is taking the majority of set pieces when on the field and is hard to overlook if you have the money. He had 17.3 fantasy points in the first meeting and has created eight chances in his last three starts. That being the case, most of his fantasy numbers came from defensive stats in the first meeting with six clearances and four tackles, and with Porto in need of goals, that could happen again.
GOALKEEPER
Edouard Mendy, CHE v. POR ($13): Just like last week, Mendy has the best odds to win and secure a clean sheet. It was a nervy 90 minutes in the first leg, but he managed the win and clean sheet. I like him more than the others because you're kind of paying for saves with Keylor Navas ($11), and Manuel Neuer ($9) will again be prone to allowing goals without making saves. Agustin Marchesin ($7) is in a similar situation to Neuer, and that's kind of what happened in the first meeting. Chelsea got a couple good looks and converted them. Mendy will get action, it just depends on if he can save them all again.
