Tournament Preview
This week the European Tour is headed to Germany for the BMW International Open. The tournament is being contested at Golfclub Munchen Eichenried, and this is the 28th time they have hosted it since the inaugural event in 1989. The course, which has favored long hitters in the past, consists of wide treelined fairways, many bunkers and looming water hazards. Course history and distance off the tee will be at a premium this week.

DRAFTKINGS PICKS
Sergio Garcia - $11,700 (7/1)
Sergio is the most expensive player on the board and for good reason, as he is ranked second in stroke average on tour and has not slowed up since his win at the Masters. Garcia averages 305 yards in driving distance and is accurate with those tee shots as well. He has consistently finished high in this tournament over the years, with his best finish coming in 2011 (solo second). This will be his first event in Europe since winning at Augusta and I would expect good vibes for the Spaniard this week, making him worth his hefty price tag.
Pablo Larrazabal - $8,700 (25/1)
I really like Pablo's chances here. He missed the cut last time out at Nordea Masters, but he's usually bounced back after a poor showing this season. Prior to Nordea, Larrazabal's last four finishes have been T24, third, T11 and T13. Pablo loves this course (he won here in 2011 and 2015) and he is averaging over 291 yards off the tee and is ranked 28th in stroke average. He is also ranked 19th in greens in regulation.
Marcel Siem - $7,500 (66/1)
Marcel is a local that grew up playing this course and finished T10 in 2013 and T14 in 2011. Siem has been heating up lately, too, with two T8s in his last three starts. He is averaging over 296 yards in driving distance and is ranked 82nd in driving accuracy. All things considered, Marcel appears to be a safe play in the middle price range given his recent form and course history.
Dean Burmester - $6,900 (60/1)
Dean has all the skills needed to succeed this week. He is sixth in stroke average, 10th in putting and drives the ball over 303 yards on average. He's had a successful season that includes a win at Tshwane Open. The one drawback is that he doesn't have any experience at Munchen Eichenried, but I find it hard to pass on such a great golfer at this low a low price. He is my value pick of the week.
