THE SLATE
Khimki Moscow Region at Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul
Key Injuries: Devin Booker (KHI), Stefan Jovic (KHI), Danilo Barthel (ULK)
Best Bets for Success: Alexey Shved has two double-doubles in two games this season, and he will have a chance to pick up another Friday against a Fenerbahce team that has not been too tough on opposing guards. Even at an even $12,000 on DraftKings he provides some of the most value on the slate, so don't hesitate to include him in Friday's lineups. All of Fenerbahce's "Big 3" of Nando de Colo, Jan Vesely, and Lorenzo Brown struggled over the last couple Rounds, but they remain by far the most productive players on their team, and they will all have a chance to get back on track against a Khimki squad that is allowing the second-most points per game in the league.
DFS Darlings: Booker will not play Friday, so it's likely that Greg Monroe, now with a couple games under his belt, will be Khimki's second option on offense. Jordan Mickey should play extended minutes again as well. Neither will run you more than $8,300 on DraftKings, and they're both worth considering in a game with the highest over-under on Thursday's slate. Errick McCollum will cost $1,000 more on DraftKings following his big Round 6, and while it's unlikely he will match last week's 23 points, he won't even need to match last week's output to return 5x value on that website.
Real Madrid at Zalgiris Kaunas
Key Injuries: Gabriel Deck (MAD), Rudy Fernandez (MAD), Patricio Garino (ZAL), Rokas Jokubaitis (ZAL)
Best Bets for Success: Marius Grigonis was named league MVP for the month of October, so there's little doubt who the best option is on the Lithuanian squad. He's been a bit inconsistent in the scoring department, but he's shooting a stellar 52.7/44.4/100.0 this season, so as long as he gets the shots up he should produce. Trey Thompkins has scored in double figures in five straight, and with Madrid a bit short-handed Friday chances are he will get there again.
DFS Darlings: It's been a slow start to the season for Anthony Randolph, but he appears to be rounding back into form. He will actually cost less on DraftKings this week despite scoring a season-high 13 points in Round 6, and he's far too talented a player to remain in that range for long. With Jokubaitis sidelined Friday, Lukas Lekavicius is a good bet for 20 minutes Friday. He has been one of the most efficient players in the league, and with some extra time on the court he should see extra opportunities to put up fantasy points.
Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade at FC Bayern Munich
Key Injuries: Leon Radosevic (MUN)
Best Bets for Success: Jordan Loyd has been one of the top players in the league, and even at his lofty price he is returning some of the most value on Friday's slate. He has taken at least 20 shots in every game this season, and from opportunity come results. Loyd isn't the only show in town for Red Star any longer, as Johnny O'Bryant is now on board. He shined last week in his team debut and should play a key role moving forward. He's one of the top options on Friday's DraftKings slate at just $6,600. Don't expect him to stay there for long. Bayern had a rough go of it last week, but Jalen Reynolds and Wade Baldwin did not. Bayern's top two offseason additions continue to get the job done, and they -- along with Vladimir Lucic -- figure to continue hogging the stats for their squad.
DFS Darlings: With both teams at or almost at full strength and leaning on their stars, the value plays appear slim in this one. You can at least consider Corey Walden, though, as he finished just one point shy of double digits in Rounds 1 and 2 and hit that mark in each of Red Star's last three EuroLeague games.
CSKA Moscow at Panathinaikos OPAP Athens
Key Injuries: Ioannis Papapetrou (PAN)
Best Bets for Success: Neither Mike James nor Will Clyburn hit the 20-point mark in CSKA's last two games, but it's unlikely that streak will last long, and they're both good bets to put up that many in any game. It's not certain that Papapetrou will play Friday, but he will lead the way for Panathinaikos if he does.
DFS Darlings: Nikola Milutinov remains too cheap on DraftKings at just $6,700, and if he can just manage to score in double figures he should return plenty value. Keifer Sykes got a chance to play a lot in Panathinaikos' last game, but with the two sides partings ways, Marcus Foster should be more active than he was in Round 6.
AX Armani Exchange Milan at Valencia Basket
Key Injuries: Malcolm Delaney (MIL), Kevin Punter (MIL), Riccardo Moraschini (MIL), Klemen Prepelic (PAM), Vanja Marinkovic (PAM), Fernando San Emeterio (PAM), Joan Sastre (PAM)
Best Bets for Success: With a number of Milan guards sidelined Friday it will be the Sergio Rodriguez show in the backcourt. Valencia has been stingy against opposing guards this season, but Rodriguez figures to be both the primary scoring option and facilitator for the Italian team. Nikola Kalinic has proven to be a steady complement alongside Bojan Dubljevic, and they figure to be plenty busy again in Round 7.
DFS Darlings: This could be a good spot to take a gamble on Derrick Williams, whose price has fallen sharply and is due for a bounceback showing soon. Louis Labeyrie is worth a look on DraftKings, having picked up the pace of late and putting up a 26-point showing in Valencia's last domestic league game.
