Guards:
Giddy Potts, MTS v. SYR ($6,900): The Cuse zone is famous, but like all zones is susceptible to giving up threes. Potts shoots the highest percentage from behind the arc in the nation with an astounding 50.3 percent. Probable Player of the Year Buddy Hield shoots nearly four percentage points lower. Any time you take a player mostly reliant on his shooting, it can leave a very low floor, but Potts actually rebounds surprisingly well from the wing, twice reaching double-digit rebounds this season.
Jeremy Morgan, UNI v. TA&M ($6,500): Against opponents not named Wichita State, Morgan has scored at least 22.5 fantasy points over his last eight, four times surpassing 30. Morgan is a defensive specialist (hence blocks and steals) who also sports a 61.7 percent true shooting percentage, including over 40 percent from the behind the three-point line.
Aaron Brown, STJOE v. ORE ($4,600): The senior put up a respectable 15 fantasy points against Cincinnati's elite defense in the first round. Though Oregon is a considerably tougher matchup from a win-loss perspective, they are easier from a fantasy perspective because they play at a higher pace and aren't as defensively dependent. In his five games prior to the first round, Brown scored 27.5, 28.25, 26.75, 21 and 22.75 fantasy points, respectively.
Other guards: Perrin Buford, MTS v. SYR ($6,400); Melo Trimble, MD v. HAW ($8,000); Malachie Richardson, SYR v. MTS ($6,900); JeQuan Lewis, VCU v. OU ($6,800)
Forwards:
Vitto Brown, WISC v. XAV ($4,900): At sub-$5K, this is an oversight on the part of DraftKings and an auto-play. In the historically low-scoring first round game against Pittsburgh, Brown managed 18.25 fantasy points. He scored at least 25 fantasy points in three of his four prior games.
Stefan Jankovic, HAW v. MD ($7,200): Just needs to stay out of foul trouble. Despite seeing just 18 minutes, Jankovic managed 16 points and five rebounds in the first round against California. Foul trouble will always be a concern, as it has been throughout his career, but if you can get 30 minutes out of him both he and the Rainbow Warriors could be very dangerous against the upset-prone Terps.
Zach Auguste, ND v. SFA ($8,700): The Lumberjacks are going to press the Irish just as they did the Mountaineers. I don't expect as many turnovers, as Notre Dame has been very good at not turning the ball over all season, but I do expect Stephen F. Austin to once again struggle to contain the opposing big (Devin Williams had 17 rebounds). Auguste has a high price, but 50+ fantasy points is well within the realm of possibilities.
Other forwards: Clide Geffrard, SFA v. ND ($6,800); Tony Trochea-Morelos, TA&M v. UNI ($4,800); Jake Layman, MD v. HAW ($7,000); Tyler Davis, TA&M v. UNI ($6,400); V.J. Beachem, ND v. SFA ($5,400)
