FORWARDS
Cristiano Ronaldo, JUV vs FERE (€29): Ronaldo has scored or assisted in every game he's appeared in this season, including five goals and an assist over the last four games since returning from a COVID-19 absence. The man has a voracious appetite for goals and comes in with the highest anytime goalscorer odds of any player on the slate by a wide margin.
Neymar, PSG vs RBL (€27): Neymar (groin) made his first appearance in nearly a month Friday, and he didn't appear to limp at all during his 30-minute stint. His ethereal way of dancing around his opponents is worth fumbling through team sheets when starting lineups are announced. If he's in the XI, Neymar comes with a near double-digit floor based on his peripheral output alone.
Federico Bernardeschi, JUV vs FERE (€10): Bernardeschi has been as cold as ice this season, but he came alive in Saturday's Serie A win. He hammered off four shots (three on goal), sent in seven crosses and created three chances. While he rarely erupts, at minimum price it's easy to see where he can be serviceable as an attacker on the biggest favorite on the slate. Oh yeah, he could also potentially split set pieces.
MIDFIELDERS
Bruno Fernandes, MUN vs. IBB (€29): Fernandes converted from the penalty spot in EPL action over the weekend, and he continues to supply good service in the Manchester United attack. As the primary set-piece and penalty taker, Fernandes is well-worth paying the steep price for in a breezy matchup.
Philippe Coutinho, BAR at DYK (€25): Coutinho should benefit from the absence of Lionel Messi (rest), as he should see an uptick of set-piece and attacking duties. He's been known to open up defenses like an ocean, and if his game is flowing he should see numerous opportunities to impact the score-sheet in helping Barcelona punch a ticket to the round of 16.
Dejan Kulusevski, JUV vs FERE (€10): Kulusevski gives us another minimum priced player that we can plug in to pay up for the shiny high-priced superstars. We can salute his four-shot effort over the weekend, and if he happens to connect on one of those in Tuesday's clash with Ferencvarosi, he would return big dividends at minimum price.
DEFENDERS
Raphael Guerreiro, BVB vs CLUB (€16): Guerreiro has yet to score fewer than eight fantasy points in all three UCL games this season. He has a goal and two assists over his last two Bundesliga outings, and he should be roaring like a tiger at the thought of exploiting a Club Brugge side that Dortmund scored three goals against less than three weeks ago. They also kept a clean sheet in that one, and if we don't think that game was a hoax, we could get both attacking and defensive points if we get a repeat performance.
Alex Telles, MUN vs. IBB (€14): Telles comes with added upside as a defender with a share of set pieces. He took four of Manchester United's eight corners over the weekend, and he could continue to be a player that you don't want to be caught without should the stars align. Similar to Guerreiro, he could easily turn up with both assist and clean-sheet points, and he comes at a very friendly salary.
Axel Tuanzebe, MUN vs. IBB (€10): Tuanzebe's game log is fretful to look at considering he has a negative point haul in three of four appearances. He's played limited minutes, so it's reasonable to think that stat will correct itself as he logs more playing time. Regardless, a minimum priced player is worthy of consideration given Man United's favorable clean sheet odds.
GOALKEEPER
David de Gea, MUN vs. IBB (€15): De Gea posted his third clean sheet in his last five outings Saturday, and Manchester United fans will continue to give him praise if he can keep Istanbul Basaksehir at bay Tuesday. While the visitors will look to put a wrench in those plans, de Gea is priced within reason considering he comes with the second-highest clean-sheet odds on the slate.
