McGinn suffered an injury in Sunday's 3-1 win over Fulham and was forced off in the 72nd minute, he told John Townley of Birmingham Live. "I considered coming off at half-time because I couldn't run properly. It was my own fault, I fouled Andersen in the corner and got a whack. But I stayed on and played through the pain barrier. Hopefully I'll be fine for Thursday."
