2025 Fantasy Outlook
Selected in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft, Flournoy didn't get into the lineup until Week 5 and didn't start seeing significant snaps on offense until Week 11, with eight of his 10 catches on the season coming from that point on. A raw project when he was drafted, the Southeast Missouri State product has the athleticism to eventually develop into an NFL-caliber wideout, and the Cowboys have the depth at the position to avoid rushing him. Three touches on SNF
Flournoy caught both his targets for 14 yards and added 12 yards on his only carry in Sunday's 40-40 overtime tie against the Packers.
ANALYSIS
With CeeDee Lamb (ankle) sidelined, Flournoy played 16 snaps on offense and saw multiple targets for a second straight game. Lamb has avoided being placed on IR so far despite a high-ankle sprain, but his absence is expected to last multiple weeks, meaning Flournoy should retain a role in the Cowboys' passing game for a Week 5 tilt against the Jets.

A strong showing at the Senior Bowl and the combine put Flournoy on the draft radar despite a lackluster college career at Southeast Missouri State, and the Cowboys nabbed him in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft. He looks the part of an NFL wideout, posting a 4.44 40 time in Indianapolis at 6-1 and 202 pounds, but he's raw as a route runner and doesn't always use his physical traits to the best advantage. Dallas is likely viewing him as a developmental project, but a big training camp for Flournoy could put him in the mix for the No. 3 WR role.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
WR3 without Lamb and Turpin
Flournoy is set to operate as the Cowboys' No. 3 wideout behind George Pickens and Jalen Tolbert against the Jets on Sunday due to the absences of CeeDee Lamb and KaVontae Turpin.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy didn't see much action on offense through the first two games of the regular season, but he moved into a more meaningful role after Lamb suffered an ankle injury during the Cowboys' Week 3 loss to the Bears. Flournoy has caught four passes on five targets for 35 yards over his last two games and is set to step into an even bigger role due to Turpin being out with a foot injury. Flournoy has yet to see more than three targets in a regular-season game since entering the league as the Cowboys' sixth-round selection in the 2024 NFL Draft.
