2024 Fantasy Outlook
Tipton signed with New Orleans as an undrafted free agent out of Yale. The 5-foot-11 speedster's best chance to stick with the team will likely come either on the practice squad or as an asset as on special teams. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Held catchless Week 9
Tipton failed to bring in any of his three targets during Sunday's 23-22 loss against Carolina.
ANALYSIS
Tipton played over 75.0 percent of offensive snaps for the third game in a row, and he was the only Saints wideout to play over 50.0 percent of these snaps. However, he still logged a paltry three targets despite an early exit for Saints' No. 1 wideout Chris Olave, who sustained a concussion in the first quarter. Instead, running back Alvin Kamara and do-it-all tight end Taysom Hill were the top two in targets with nine and five, respectively. Tipton tallied a season-high nine targets when Olave was ruled out ahead of the Week 7 loss to Denver, and it therefore stands to reason Tipton could be featured more if Olave is once again ruled out ahead of Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could be top receiver Sunday
Tipton could serve as the Saints' de facto No. 1 receiver in Sunday's game against the Falcons with Chris Olave likely to sit out due to a concussion, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Olave is slated to see specialists after sustaining what was his second concussion of the season and fourth overall of his career during a Week 9 loss to the Panthers. While Olave is technically considered day-to-day, it appears he's likely to sit out at least one game and thereby thrust Tipton into the top receiver role versus Atlanta. An undrafted rookie from Yale, Tipton has posted 14 receptions for 99 yards on 25 targets over his first nine NFL games, but he didn't bring in any of the three he logged across 57 snaps while Olave was sidelined for the majority of the Week 9 contest.
