Thunder Gets Past Grizzlies, 118-112
The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Memphis Grizzlies, 118-112, at FedEx Forum on Saturday night.

The Thunder (47-20) came in as solid favorites despite the return of Desmond Bane from an ankle injury for the Grizzlies (23-45), but Memphis sent the message it would be a hotly contested game when they went into halftime down just 56-54. Oklahoma City was able to create 11 points of separation in the third quarter to seemingly build a comfortable lead, but the game ultimately wasn't decided until Jalen Williams sunk a pair of free throws with 4.1 seconds remaining.

Williams led the Thunder with 23 points, adding seven rebounds, six assists, two blocks and one steal. Chet Holmgren generated a 22-point, 11-rebound double-double that included two assists, three blocks and one steal. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander furnished 20 points, seven rebounds, three assists and one block. Josh Giddey provided 13 points, six boards and two assists. Luguentz Dort turned in 12 points, five rebounds and four assists.

Bane paced the Grizzlies with 22 points, complementing them with seven assists, three rebounds and one block. GG Jackson tallied 19 points, four rebounds, four assists and one block. Jaren Jackson Jr. matched his teammate's scoring and also produced seven assists, six rebounds, two steals and one block. Santi Aldama registered 16 points, six rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block. Jake LaRavia delivered 14 points, four rebounds and two steals.

The Thunder return home to host the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night, while the Grizzlies visit the Sacramento Kings on Monday night.
