Guard: Evan Fournier, vs. TOR (Fri.), at PHI (Sat.) ($4,600): Fournier is still too cheap on Aces after a few incredible performances in a row. In the last four games, Fournier is averaging 41 minutes per game, close to 25 points per game, and he has scored 34.75, 27.25, 44.25, and 43.5 fantasy points, respectively, in those contests. He leads the Magic in minutes and shows no signs of slowing down, as the production and minutes has been sustained over a few games. At just $4,600, he is priced with players that average 10 fantasy points per game less. Be sure to consider him going forward until his price raises over $5,000 on FantasyAces.
Guard: T.J. McConnell, at CLE (Fri.), vs. ORL (Sat.) ($4,000): McConnell came out of nowhere to be a solid value play the last two games for the Sixers, and he will continue to be a value play as long as he starts and his price remains in the $4,000s. In two games with an expanded role, McConnell has scored 15 points, grabbed 16 rebounds, and dished out 24 assists while turning the ball over just once. His floor is very high as the main distributor for the Sixers, and he can be used in cash games going forward as a safety net at the point guard spot. Be sure to check the Sixers' lineup, but after starting Wednesday in Milwaukee, it's expected that he'll retain full-time duties at point guard.
Guard: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, at PHX (Fri.), at POR (Sun.) ($4,400): KCP was mentioned in last week's article as a value for the future, but his price hasn't risen enough yet. Caldwell-Pope has scored 23.75 fantasy points or more in three of four games this season, and is among the NBA leaders in minutes per game. Considering his volume of minutes and shooting (27 shots in the last two games), he makes for a very safe option. KCP is a contributor in other categories as well, averaging five rebounds and a handful of assists per game. It is rare that a player with his volume of minutes scores less than 20 fantasy points, making him a solid value as a cash game option throughout the weekend.
Forward: Marcus Morris, at PHX (Fri.), at POR (Sun.) ($4,700): Like Caldwell-Pope, Morris is another Pistons player that hasn't seen a large enough rise in his price, which makes him a continued value play on FantasyAces. At $4,700, he needs close to 28 fantasy points to reach value. He is averaging 29.3 fantasy points per game, and has played in 35 minutes or more in each of the Pistons' games this season. Morris has grabbed six or more rebounds in each contest, and has averaged nearly 17 points per game. Each forward that has averaged more fantasy points than Morris this season costs at least $1,000 more than him on FantasyAces. Be sure to take advantage of that value as his featured role continues in Detroit.
Forward: Otto Porter, at BOS (Fri.), at ATL (Sat.) ($4,200): Porter has found himself in the starting lineup for good in Washington alongside Bradley Beal, as the two make for a shooting duo that rivals any in the NBA. His value on FantasyAces is as good as anyone's as well, at just $4,200. In four games this season, Porter has reached value in three of them. He has averaged 34 minutes per game, 12 points, three assists, and six rebounds per game while notching two blocks and five steals defensively. Porter is one of the few players at $4,200 that plays as many minutes and is as productive as most players in the $5,000 price range, so be sure to take advantage of his current price.
Forward: Jae Crowder, vs. WAS (Fri.) ($4,350): Before the season, Celtics head coach Brad Stevens hinted that minutes would fluctuate between most players on the roster. This scared a lot of people away from Celtics in DFS, but Crowder has been a staple in Boston's rotation. Through three games, he has played 31, 33, and 32 minutes. He has averaged 11 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and over two steals per game. At $4,350, value can be reached with close to 25 fantasy points. In each of the first three games, Crowder has at least 23 in all of them. He makes for a safe play at forward for just $4,350.
Center: Festus Ezeli, vs. DEN (Fri.), at SAC (Sat.) ($3,800): Ezeli continues to start for the Warriors with Andrew Bogut (concussion) out. He's averaged more than a fantasy point per minute this season, and has seen his playing time reach into the 20s of late. The Nuggets are banged up at center and the Kings could be without the services of DeMarcus Cousins on Saturday, giving Ezeli a good chance of turning in steady production at both ends of the floor this weekend. If Bogut continues to be out, Ezeli's efficiency numbers will be put to good use, and his price of $3,800 will be sure to rise. Get him into your lineups as a cheap center on FantasyAces, if you choose to spend up at other positions.
