STARTING PITCHER
Masahiro Tanaka, NYY at SEA ($40): Tanaka has pitched really well recently, as he has a 3.01 ERA over his last 13 starts. His ERA has also been better on the road, and Seattle's ballpark is usually on the pitcher friendly side. On top of that, the Mariners ranked 23rd in runs scored.
Chris Archer, PIT vs. MIA ($37): Archer has admittedly not pitched great with the Pirates, although his 4.15 FIP isn't terrible. He has a career FIP of 3.50 which gives you a sense of the kind of pitcher he typically is. This is primarily about the matchup. The Marlins have scored the fewest runs in the league by a pretty sizable margin, and they have a woeful .362 slugging percentage as a team.

CATCHER
Austin Hedges, SD at CIN ($12): Hedges' numbers have been dampened by his home ballpark, but on the road he has a .479 slugging percentage. Playing this game in Cincinnati will help his potential, as will a matchup with Anthony DeSclafani. Desclafani has a 4.87 FIP and has allowed 1.79 homers per nine innings.
FIRST BASE
C.J. Cron, TAM vs. BAL ($12): Cron's been in and out of the lineup a bit recently, but when he takes the field his bat tends to provide some pop. He has a .486 slugging percentage and 26 homers in 120 games. If he gets a chance to go up against Dylan Bundy on Friday it could pay off huge for him. The Baltimore starter has given up a whopping 2.16 home runs per nine innings.
SECOND BASE
Daniel Murphy, CHC at WAS ($17): Murphy has been impressive since joining the Cubs, as he has a .929 OPS with four homers in his last 14 games. Joe Ross will be making his first start in the majors since having Tommy John surgery. Last season, in 13 starts before his injury he posted a 5.01 ERA.
THIRD BASE
Wil Myers, SD at CIN ($12): Myers has averaged 6.7 fantasy points per game this season. If you want a third baseman who has averaged more, it will cost you $17. Myers is another Padre with much better power numbers on the road, as he has a .537 slugging percentage in away games. As noted, Anthony DeSclafani has a 4.87 FIP in 2018.
SHORTSTOP
Jorge Polanco, MIN vs. KC ($14): Polanco can't hit lefties at all, but against righties he's slashed .317/.399/.444. Fortunately for him, Heath Fillmyer is a right-handed pitcher. Additionally, the Royals rookie has a 5.19 FIP.
OUTFIELD
Khris Davis, OAK vs. TEX ($21): Davis has incredible power, as he's hit 40 home runs for the third season in a row. If you are worried about the offense-suppressing powers of Oakland's ballpark, he also has a .611 slugging percentage at home. Yovani Gallardo has a 7.24 ERA on the road. Don't be surprised of Davis adds to his home run total.
Jose Martinez, STL at DET ($17): Martinez is a reliable bat, as his career .311 batting average indicates. He's been even better on that front recently, though, as he has a .358 batting average in his last 30 games. Daniel Norris has seen limited action for the Tigers this year, but his career 4.44 ERA should give you a sense of what kind of pitcher he is.
Starling Marte, PIT vs. MIA ($14): Marte provides a nice combo of power and speed. In addition to hitting 18 homers in 125 games, he's added 30 stolen bases. Though he doesn't walk much, his batting eye means he still has a .278 batting average. Dan Straily has a 5.19 ERA, and on top of that he's allowed 1.45 homers per nine innings.
