MATCHES (EST)

2:45 p.m: Swansea City v. Tottenham
2:45 p.m: West Ham v. West Brom
2:45 p.m: Southampton v. Crystal Palace
3:00 p.m: Manchester City v. Watford

FORWARDS

Sergio Aguero, MCI v. WAT ($12,000): Aguero and Harry Kane ($13,000) are the only forwards priced above $8,500, with Gabriel Jesus ($9,500) expected to be sidelined for a month because of a knee injury. Kane is questionable to play due to an illness, though he's hopeful to be in the starting XI. Nevertheless, it's Aguero who comes in with the highest any time goal scorer odds while Man City have the best win odds and highest implied goal total. He took 24 shots in his last five games, though only eight were on target, but there's no questioning his upside.

Marko Arnautovic, WHU v. WBA ($8,500): Arnautovic is on a tear, scoring five goals on 19 shots (seven on goal) in his last five matches, and he created six chances in his last three. West Brom have been a bit better defensively of late, allowing just one goal combined to Arsenal and Everton, but West Ham are trending in the right direction with eight goals in their last three. Arnautovic is likely to keep shooting, and with few forwards with his upside, he could be more popular than usual.

MIDFIELDERS

Christian Eriksen, TOT at SWA ($9,000): Eriksen hasn't been shooting as much lately, but he's still a vital piece of the Spurs attack, creating 13 chances in his last four starts. If Kane is unable to start, Eriksen may take on a bigger shooting role, something that could also help Son Heung-Min ($8,000), who has scored five goals in his last seven matches, including a huge 48.00 fantasy points against Southampton on Boxing Day thanks to a goal and two assists on three chances created.

Raheem Sterling, MCI v. WAT ($10,500):Kevin De Bruyne ($11,500) is expected to sit out after suffering an injury Saturday against Crystal Palace, which means more of the attacking responsibility will fall to Sterling and Leroy Sane ($9,000). Sterling has been the stronger one of late, putting six of 11 shots on target and creating seven chances in his last three starts (he has four goals and an assist in that span).

James Ward-Prowse, SOU v. CRY ($6,000): Ward-Prowse has scored at least 17.75 fantasy points in back-to-back starts, primarily due to his six chances created and three shots on goal in that span. He's usually responsible for set pieces when he starts, which gives him decent opportunities to continue his fine play. Southampton's recent play looks a little rough, but playing at home against Crystal Palace should be much easier than at Chelsea, at Tottenham and at Manchester United, which were three of their past four games.

DEFENDERS

Aaron Cresswell, WHU v. WBA ($5,500): Cresswell has scored at least 14.75 fantasy points in six consecutive starts, including four times with at least 18.00. Despite lining up as a centerback in West Ham's three-man back line, he continues to take some free kicks, which only increases his upside for chances created while still giving him a solid base of clearances and interceptions. The West Brom attack hasn't been great, even under new manager Alan Pardew, so Cresswell should get his offensive opportunities.

Angel Rangel, SWA v. TOT ($4,000): Rangel is expected to start in place of the suspended Kyle Naughton ($6,000), and while he's unlikely to record as many tackles as the latter, his lower salary really helps spending up elsewhere. Playing at home helps, but Tottenham should still provide plenty of opportunities for interceptions and clearances.

Danny Rose, TOT at SWA ($6,000): For a more attacking option, Rose has decent upside at the defender position, especially against a Swansea side that should be overmatched significantly. You could make the argument that every Spurs fullback is worthy of consideration, including top-priced Kieran Trippier ($7,500), as Spurs continue to use their defenders to help set up their finishers. They won't come cheaply, but they all have solid upsides.

GOALKEEPER

Adrian, WHU v. WBA ($5,000): West Brom have scored in just three of their past seven matches, though they have been shooting more of late, taking 32 shots in their last three, including 13 on goal. West Ham's defense hasn't been strong, allowing six goals in their last two games, but West Brom's lack of finishing quality should allow Adrian a decent number of save opportunities.
