Goalkeeper:
Joe Hart, MCI v. WBA ($3,800): Hart played at midweek against PSG, and there's no reason for him to not feature once again as the heavy favorite against West Brom. It's hard to overlook this price on such a heavily favored side, and the salary cap it helps unlock.
Defenders:
Simon Francis, BOU at AVL ($2,800): Francis would likely move to left back if Adam Smith were to miss out. Francis started the year in this role and was proficient getting forward and picking up peripheral stats.
Leandro Bacuna, AVL v. BOU ($3,700): A return to the starting lineup at fullback brings Bacuna back into play as a discount defender. He's reached double-digit fantasy points in all but one game he's played 90 minutes.
Bryan Oviedo, EVE at WAT ($3,200):Oviedo could return to the starting lineup, where he had 70 fantasy points in his last five matches. Watford, despite being solid defensively, has given up a handsome number of crosses this season.
Midfielders:
Samir Nasri, MCI v. WBA ($3,000): An injury to David Silva could pave the way for Nasri to make his first start since September. In his return last weekend, he picked up an assist in 24 minutes.
Yohan Cabaye, CRY v. NOR ($6,200):A likely return to the starting lineup and hosting Norwich puts the French free-kick taker in a very good position. Cabaye only has five goals this season, but he is the designated penalty taker, which is always a nice bonus or at least a tie-breaker when considering multiple options.
Kevin De Bruyne, MCI v WBA ($7,700):As mentioned with Nasri, Silva is out due to injury. This doesn't change De Bruyne's status as a starter (other than likely moving him to a more central role), but it does indicate a larger on-the-ball role and more corner and free kick duties.
Matthew Jarvis, NOR at CRY ($3,400): Jarvis, now starting on the wing for Norwich, has 15 crosses and 22 fantasy points over his last two games. That level of production would be well received at this price.
Forwards:
Pedro, CHE at SWA ($4,600): With no Diego Costa (suspension), Pedro could arguably be considered Chelsea's strongest scoring threat. Getting that at sub-$5K, with two goals last weekend, what more do I need to say? Alexandre Pato is $100 less and should be strongly considered as well if he starts.
Steven Naismith, NOR at CRY ($3,700): It appears the Everton transfer is starting to cement his role for Norwich. He may be their most talented attacking threat, and now travels to a still defensively prone Crystal Palace. He hasn't found the back of the net since January, but this a good opportunity for him to do so again.
