2025 Fantasy Outlook
Robinson's 2024 was perhaps the quietest 140-target season in NFL history, featuring a TE-like 4.8 aDOT and a RB-like 7.5 yards per reception. That might work well in PPR leagues if the catch rate was what one might expect given those other numbers, but Robinson brought in just 66.4 percent of his targets, down from 76.1 percent over his first two seasons. It was empty volume, brought on by the Giants often facing deficits and not being able to push the ball downfield. Improvement for the offense overall almost certainly would mean improvement for Robinson's efficiency numbers, but it would also figure to correspond with a big decrease in target volume. While good with the ball in his hands, Robinson has shown almost no ability to use his 4.44 speed downfield since the Giants took him 44th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft -- perhaps not surprising given that he's 5-foot-8, 185, with a 34.5-inch vertical. He's also a slot specialist in an offense where the No. 1 receiver, Malik Nabers, might be at his best working inside, which eventually could impact Robinson's playing time. Read Past Outlooks

Helps PPR managers Monday
WRNew York Giants

Robinson corralled seven of eight targets for 34 yards in Monday's 33-15 loss to New England.
ANALYSIS
Robinson finished in a tie with TE Theo Johnson for the team lead in targets in QB Jaxson Dart's (concussion) return to action Monday. The 24-year-old Robinson was dealing with an injury of his own during the practice week, but he avoided a designation, and the minor ankle issue didn't limit New York's No. 1 receiver in the loss. Robinson recorded at least seven receptions for the fourth time this season (after generating a career-high 93 receptions in 2024) as he continues to put in work for managers in PPR leagues. He'll look to add to a current high-water mark of 828 receiving yards when the Giants return from their Week 14 bye to face the Commanders on Sunday, Dec. 14.

2022
A 2022 second-round pick, Robinson suffered an ACL tear midway through his rookie season. He came back last year and played 15 games but may not have been at full strength until late in the season. In Robinson's first 10 games, he surpassed 40 yards just once. Over his final four games, he reached 55 yards three times. Robinson was utilized as a possession receiver, mostly catching short passes out of the slot. His 5.1 aDOT was second shallowest in the league among qualified wide receivers, with Robinson gaining 57 percent of his yards after the catch. Going into his third year, Robinson should be healthy and stronger, but now Giants QB Daniel Jones is the one busy rehabbing an ACL tear. There's also increased target competition in the form of sixth overall pick Malik Nabers, who did much of his damage at LSU from the slot and may thus push Robinson out of his natural position at times.
A 2022 second-round pick, Robinson had 914 yards in two seasons at Nebraska before exploding for 1,334 yards and seven TDs as a junior at Kentucky. The huge season encouraged Big Blue to take a shot on a prospect whose 40 time (4.44) wasn't impressive for his size (5-8, 178), likely envisioning him as a replacement for oft-injured slot receiver Sterling Shepard. Sure enough, Shepard suffered an ACL tear Week 3, but Robinson was sidelined by a knee injury. Robinson returned Week 6 and quickly became the team's primarily slot man and a favorite target of Daniel Jones, averaging 4.4 catches for 44.4 yards on 6.0 targets in five games before suffering an ACL tear of his own. Robinson is only 22 and looked good as a rookie, but between the rehab from surgery and the fact Shepard and now Parris Campbell could also compete for slot work, there are a few things working against second-year fantasy production. Of course, Robinson is the one the team has an interest in developing, as he and 2023 third-rounder Jalin Hyatt are the only WRs on the roster who warranted significant investments and have contract guarantees beyond this year.
The Giants got limited production out of their receivers last season, so they looked to spruce up their pass-catching corps by drafting Robinson in the second round of the 2022 Draft. The 21-year-old racked up 104 catches for 1,334 yards and seven touchdowns with Kentucky last season, but he's a bit undersized for an NFL receiver at 5-8, 178. Robinson's profile is similar to that of Kadarius Toney, so it's unclear how (or if) New York will look to utilize the pair together.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Even bigger role expected Thursday
WRNew York Giants
October 8, 2025
Robinson is in line for even more volume in Thursday night's game against the Eagles due to the fact Darius Slayton has been ruled out because of a hamstring injury, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson's seven Week 5 targets were his most since Week 2, but the fourth-year pro should be even busier Thursday, albeit against the talented Eagles secondary. Slayton's injury was preceded by Malik Nabers' season-ending ACL tear in Week 4, a development that immediately opened up plenty of targets across the rest of the air attack. This past Sunday against the Saints, rookie signal-caller Jaxson Dart doubled the 20 pass attempts he'd made in his Week 4 starting debut versus the Chargers, and New York could be similarly pass-heavy Thursday considering the Giants' sizable underdog status.
