2024 Fantasy Outlook
Humphrey inked a one-year deal this offseason to remain in Denver for the 2024 campaign. The veteran wideout appeared in all 17 games in 2023, totaling 13 receptions for 162 yards and three touchdowns. Humphrey's three scores were tied for the third-most of any Broncos pass catcher, yet he wasn't a huge part of Denver's scheme in Sean Payton's first year as head coach. With Jerry Jeudy being traded to Cleveland this offseason, Humphrey could climb up the depth chart. The sixth-year receiver should compete for a spot behind likely starters Courtland Sutton, Josh Reynolds, and Marvin Mims. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Nonfactor in Week 4
Humphrey failed to secure his lone target in Sunday's 10-9 win over the Jets.
ANALYSIS
After recording catching eight of 13 targets for 87 yards over the previous two contests, Humphrey saw a major dip in his utilization Sunday. The veteran wideout played 42 of the Broncos' 61 offensive snaps Sunday, behind only Courtland Sutton (48) in the receiving corps. The entire Broncos aerial attack was grounded Sunday with rookie quarterback Bo Nix mustering just 60 passing yards against a stingy Jets defense. Though it appears Humphrey was been building chemistry with Nix, the inconsistency of Denver's offense will make the 26-year-old wideout difficult to trust for fantasy purposes most weeks. The Broncos will host the Raiders in Week 5.

2021
Humphrey signed with the Broncos this offseason after splitting his time in the 2022 campaign between New England's practice squad and active roster. The 25-year-old wideout will now compete for a depth role in Denver as he joins his former coach Sean Payton, whom he played for in New Orleans from 2019-2021. Humphrey's familiarity with Payton's system could help him to secure a spot on the roster, but he'd likely face an uphill battle for playing time behind Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, Marvin Mims and Marquez Callaway.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could enjoy expanded role Sunday
Humphrey could be in for an expanded role in Sunday's Week 17 clash against the Chargers due to the Broncos' multiple receiver injuries.
ANALYSIS
Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports Courtland Sutton has already been ruled out due to a concussion, while Jerry Jeudy and Marvin Mims carry questionable tags due to an illness and a hamstring injury, respectively. If even one of Jeudy and Mims sits out, Humphrey, who has plenty of experience in Sean Payton's offensive scheme from his three years playing for him in New Orleans, will move up to the No. 3 receiver role versus Los Angeles' vulnerable secondary.
