ANALYSIS
Felton's coming off a productive senior season at Maryland, in which he caught 96 passes for 1,124 yards and nine touchdowns. Jacksonville doesn't have a clearly defined No. 2 wide receiver behind 2024 first-round pick Brian Thomas, though offseason addition Dyami Brown will compete for that role, as will Gabe Davis, once Davis recovers from a knee injury.
