Wizards Wallop Kings, 125-111
The Washington Wizards defeated the host Sacramento Kings, 125-111, at Golden 1 Center on Friday.

While Sacramento held the lead for the first nine minutes of this game, Washington never relinquished the lead across the final three frames. They rode a 40-23 second quarter to their blowout win, maintaining a double-digit lead for the entirety of the second half. They got their lead up to 30 points at times. Washington shot 56 percent from the field while holding Sacramento to 44 percent shooting. In addition, the Wizards out-assisted the Kings, 30-19, while outscoring them in the paint, 68-50.

The Wizards (13-21) were led by Kyle Kuzma, collecting 32 points, nine rebounds, five assists and two steals. Bradley Beal finished with 24 points and four assists. Monte Morris amassed 16 points, two rebounds, five assists and three steals, while Kristaps Porzingis provided seven points, 13 rebounds and two blocks. Rui Hachimura led the bench with 21 points, five rebounds and four assists.

The Kings (17-14) were led by De'Aaron Fox, finishing with 26 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Domantas Sabonis tallied 20 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists. Kevin Huerter had 14 points and two rebounds, while Harrison Barnes totaled 11 points and five boards. Malik Monk led the bench with 16 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Both of these teams are off until Tuesday, with Sacramento staying home to play the Denver Nuggets and Washington returning home to face the Philadelphia 76ers.
