Guard
Devin Booker, PHX vs. BRK ($37): Ever since the whole Eric Bledsoe fiasco, Booker has taken over this team. In fact, Booker is leading the Suns in usage and shots since Bledsoe was dismissed. The fantasy production has been great too, as he'd scored at least 31 fantasy points in six straight games prior to a blowout against the Spurs on Sunday. This matchup is so much better than the Spurs too, considering Brooklyn rank first in pace and 27th in defensive rating.
Mike James, PHX vs. BRK ($13): Much like Booker, James gets a spectacular matchup against this Brooklyn defense. What makes James an enticing option is just how cheap he is. At just $13, James is a heck of a value as a starting point guard for a high-pace team. He's actually been producing closer to a $25 level too, as he's averaging 30.2 fantasy points across his last four games.

Guard to Avoid
Dion Waiters, MIA at GS ($23): Waiters missed Sunday's game due to the birth of his child, and that alone makes him an option worth fading. It's very rare to see a player travel well in this sort of situation and even if he does play, he gets one of the toughest matchups in the league. Waiters would be matched up with Klay Thompson, whose easily one of the five best defensive shooting guards in the NBA. Just avoid the iffy situation and terrible matchup.
Forward
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, BRK at PHX ($19): RHJ has quietly been a beast this season and there's reason to believe he can destroy in this sort of matchup. Much like Brooklyn, Phoenix loves to play at a high pace, as they rank second just behind the Nets. That just raises the value of a player like Hollis-Jefferson, considering he's an athletic wing who thrives off of hustle plays and random statistics. That's evident by his play recently, with Hollis-Jefferson scoring at least 28 fantasy points in five of his last six games. That production comes with a high ceiling too, as RHJ has surpassed 37 fantasy points in three of his last four. That's huge value from a $19 player and it's impossible to pass up on him with such a great matchup.
DeMarre Carroll, BRK at PHX ($19): Carroll is in the same boat as the rest of these guys, as he's in the game of the day. Not only are these two teams top two in pace, they both rank bottom four in total defense. That's clear by the 236 over/under line, which is one of the three highest projected totals of the year so far. Carroll is the sort of guy you want in this sort of game, as he's a defensive stud who will pick up plenty of fantasy points through stat stuffing. Carroll has actually surpassed 31 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, as he's providing ridiculous value being priced south of $20.
Forward to Avoid
Marcus Morris, BOS at ATL ($20): Morris has played just two games since returning from a knee injury, and he's too hard to trust even on such a small slate since he is on a minutes cap and has yet to play more than 23 minutes in either of his first two games back. It's not like the fantasy production is great either, as he's averaging under 23 fantasy points per game as well. The fact that this is a back-to-back hurts Morris too, as his minutes will likely be limited if he's not rested altogether.

Center
Al Horford, BOS at ATL ($29): On such a small slate, it's imperative to get a safe guy like Horford in your lineup. Not only is he averaging 34.3 fantasy points a game for the season, he's scored at least 27 fantasy points in all 10 of his games this year. That's an incredible floor, and he should have no problem reaching value considering he's priced below $30. The revenge angle has to be a factor as well, as Horford made a name for himself in his eight years with the Hawks. They've really had a hard time replacing him too, with Atlanta fielding one of the worst front lines in the league. That's evident by the fact that they rank eighth in fantasy points allowed to starting centers this season.
Center to Avoid
Hassan Whiteside, MIA at GS ($39): Using centers against Golden State is always a dangerous proposition, as they usually render traditional bigs useless with all the small ball they force on their opponents. The numbers speak for themselves, with Golden State ranking in the top 10 in fantasy points allowed to opposing centers across the last two years. It's also no guarantee that Whiteside would be able to play a full complement of minutes if necessary either, as he's played just three games since returning from a knee injury in addition to this being the second half of a back-to-back set for the Heat.
