FPL Gameweek 19 Differentials: Low-Owned Players to Consider

Finding the right differentials is one of the most effective ways to gain an edge in Fantasy Premier League, particularly during busy fixture periods. Low-owned players with improving roles, favourable fixtures and secure minutes can provide the swing returns needed to climb mini-league standings.

This article highlights the best FPL differentials for Gameweek 19, focusing on players owned by fewer than five percent of managers who offer genuine upside heading into the upcoming round of fixtures.

Best FPL Differentials for Gameweek 19

Patrick Dorgu - 4.6% (Manchester United)

Patrick Dorgu picked up his first Premier League goal against Newcastle at the weekend where he started the game in an interesting position. In recent weeks, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has ditched the 3-4-3 formation for a more traditional four at the back.

Due to the lack of wingers at the club at the moment, namely Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo who are away at AFCON, this meant Dorgu was pushed into a more attacking role.

If he continues to play this position, he's an absolute bargain at just £4.1m. Man United face Wolves, Leeds and Burnley in their next three games, all of which could feature goals and clean sheets for Dorgu.

Any time a defender lines up in the attack, he should be considered, and then you throw in these fixtures, and Dorgu's ownership will likely skyrocket soon.

Lewis Hall - 1.7% (Newcastle)

Newcastle are another team with a tasty fixture run as they face Burnley, Crystal Palace, Leeds and Wolves in their next four games.

Lewis Hall has established himself as Eddie Howe's first-choice left-back this season and has been very attacking down the left side. Despite recent concern of a muscle issue, he's gone the full 90 in the last four matches across the league and UCL.

Against Man United, he took three shots, one of which hit the crossbar. Throw in set pieces and clean sheet possibility due to the fixtures, Hall isn't a difficult click.

I expect his attacking position to continue over the next couple of weeks, making Hall an interesting differential from Gameweek 19 and beyond.

Alejandro Garnacho - 0.6% (Chelsea)

Every time I include Alejandro Garnacho in this article, he thoroughly disappoints and sometimes doesn't even start. However, I'm giving him one last chance as he and Chelsea have the best fixture possible in terms of form with Bournemouth at home.

In their last six away games, Bournemouth have conceded 21 goals, an average of 3.5 goals per game. You could blame some games on opponent, but they allowed three goals to Sunderland and four to Brentford in Gameweek 18.

For this reason, Garnacho and any other Chelsea attackers are fantastic picks in GW19.

Anthony Gordon - 4.7% (Newcastle)

Anthony Gordon has quietly been racking up points over the last few weeks with two 10-pointers in his last four games. Newcastle play Burnley in Gameweek 19, and in the reverse fixture just four Gameweeks ago, Gordon scored in a 2-1 Newcastle win.

I expect The Magpies to return to winning ways against a Burnley team that hasn't won in the league since Gameweek 9, and the English winger will have a big role to play in this.

Benjamin Sesko - 3.2% (Manchester United)

Benjamin Sesko has had a tough time since joining Man United from RB Leipzig in the summer, totaling just two Premier League gaols.

The Red Devils are without Bryan Mbeumo and Bruno Fernandes, meaning that somebody else has to step up to provide goals. Given that they're hosting Wolves, it'd be a surprise if they didn't score or rack up opportunities.

Back on Dec. 8 at Molineux, United racked up 27 shots and 4.24 xG. Sesko was still out injured in that game and didn't get to benefit from the goalscoring.

Now fit and with little help on the bench, it's the perfect opportunity for the Slovenian striker to find some form.

Igor Jesus - 1.2% (Nottingham Forest)

Nottingham Forest have been without their 20-goal striker, Chris Wood, for most of this season due to injury. He recently underwent surgery and will remain out for the next month-plus.

In Wood's absence, Igor Jesus has led the line and has done so seamlessly despite Forest's poor run of form.

The Brazilian only has one Premier League goal, but he assisted against Man City last game and has four goals in Europa League. In his debut start for Forest, he bagged a brace against Swansea in the EFL Cup.

He could prove to be a nice differential with games against Everton and West Ham in the next few weeks.

Final Thoughts: FPL Gameweek 19 Differentials

Differentials can be the difference-maker in tight mini-leagues, and Gameweek 19 offers several low-owned options with favourable fixtures and secure roles. Players like Patrick Dorgu and Lewis Hall provide budget defensive upside, while attackers such as Garnacho and Gordon offer value in improving matchups.

As always, monitor team news and predicted lineups before the deadline to maximise returns.
