Buffalo is one of the most match-up dependent teams in the league. In fact, throwing out the Week 18 game when Buffalo rested starters, the Bills are 9-1 when Cook goes for 100-plus rushing yards and 3-4 when he falls under that mark. They would probably be 0-7 in those games had Josh Allen not turned into Superman. He averaged a staggering 370.0 total yards per game in those three wins with a whopping 14 touchdowns to two turnovers. 

The Bills might need Josh Allen to throw on his cape again on Sunday, because Jacksonville is arguably the best run defense in the league. If both offenses are playing left-handed on Sunday, this game could be decided by which QB is able to make more special plays.
