RB Overview
Role Security: Very High
8/27/25 -Bijan Robinson had 304 carries, 72 targets and a 65% red zone share in 2024. He'll remain the No. 1 RB and should have a similar workload. Tyler Allgeier should remain the No. 2 RB after rushing 137 times with 13 targets and a 28% red zone rate in 2024. Carlos Washington and other will battle for depth roles.
WR Overview
8/27/25 - Drake London led the team with 158 targets and remains the primary WR. Darnell Mooney was the No. 2 with 106 targets, but saw reduced opportunities after Michael Penix took over. He remains the No. 2, though a dip in targets is possible. Mooney has missed the majority of the preseason with a shoulder injury. If Mooney misses regular-season games, KhaDarel Hoidge could start. Ray-Ray McCloud earned 87 targets as the No. 3 WR and may retain that role, but a run-heavier offense under Penix could limit volume.
TE Overview
8/27/25 - Kyle Pitts is the lead TE after seeing 74 targets last season, his lowest per-game total to date. Charlie Woerner returns as the No. 2 and will mix in occasionally but offers little pass-game upside.
