Broncos Again Top The League
The top three teams in the Week 15 Discipline Score charts remain exactly the same as they were following Week 14. Denver and Jacksonville remain the only two teams that are averaging eight or more penalties per game or 70 or more penalty yards per game. These teams will bring those high penalty paces into a huge Week 15 matchup that could be a preview of this year's AFC Championship.
Kansas City's playoff chances collapsed in a disappointing Week 15 loss to the
Los Angeles Chargers. Penalties were a big part of that loss, with Kansas City getting called for nine flags for 64 yards. That pace moves the Chiefs from ninth to sixth on this week's Discipline Score chart.
Chicago is just about ready to leave the top ten on this list following a 31-3 win over Cleveland that saw the Bears called for only four penalties for 25 yards. It's a good trend headed towards what looks like a postseason berth for
Chicago.
Washington was able to claim a 29-21 win over the Giants in Week 14, but they achieved that win in spite a slew of flags. The Commanders were hit for 67 penalty yards on 11 flags in that game.
Minnesota found its way outside of the top 10, falling to 14th after seeing only three penalties for 17 yards in the 34-26 win over Dallas on Sunday Night Football. This showed great discipline by Kevin O'Connell's squad.
