DraftKings LoL: Sunday Cheat Sheet
Yesterday was a good day for the Cheat Sheet as the lineup listed Saturday was able to take down the Daily Dollar on DraftKings. Sure, I didn't win big money, but I like the single entry format of the Daily Dollar and a return of $20 on a $1 entry fee, plus taking first out of 117 still feels good. Hopefully things can keep rolling today.
I'm all over Cloud9 Sunday. Considering the last time they played Immortals it was an extremely fantasy friendly series for both sides, Cloud9 should be able to repeat the performance and are listed at a fraction of their usual prices. Using Cloud9 in bulk allows you to pay up for the Bjergsen/Doublelift combo, or taking Keane/Apollo in the easiest matchup of the day against P1. I'm also not opposed to game stacking C9 vs. IMT today either.
Top Lane: Impact (C9 vs. IMT, $5,700)
Impact scored over 100 points on DraftKings in the first matchup and although facing Huni is a daunting task, Impact has high upside for a fraction of the cost. He'll most likely be playing a tank and while he's an unsexy pick, he offers huge assist total upside in a series that will probably go to three games and be close.
Jungle: Meteos (C9 vs. IMT , $5,400)
Meteos has been pretty great for Cloud9 during his return to the LCS this split. He's averaging 72.8 points per day on DraftKings coming into Sunday and scored over 100 in C9's first meeting with IMT. He's been pretty good at setting up kills for Cloud9 all split long and his price is unbelievably low compared to his potential upside.
Middle Lane: Jensen (C9 vs. IMT, $6,300)
While Pobelter is a good player, he offers mostly utility for his team and doesn't present a ton of 1-vs-1 potential in lane. Jensen might be able to pick on Pobelter today and snowball from the mid lane into helping Cloud9 take this series. He's also way too cheap for one of the best mid laners in NA. I also like Bjergsen against CLG and Keane against P1 and would use one of them in a flex role.
ADC: Sneaky (C9 vs. IMT, $6,500)
The C9 stack is real folks, but at these prices I cannot pass them up. Sneaky dominated in the first meeting with IMT scoring 130 fantasy points on DraftKings. He's an excellent value at this depressed price and has the potential to go off once again. I would also use either Doublelift or Apollo in my flex role today.
Support: Xpecial (APX vs. P1, $6,100)
I usually don't pay up for supports, but with Cloud9 being so cheap you can afford to go towards the top today. Xpecial and Apex have an easy matchup against P1 and although the underdogs took a game off of Apex last time, they don't possess a ton of threat. Xpecial should be able to pile up the assists for us making his high salary worth it.
Team: C9 vs. IMT ($4,000)
Who else did you expect here? I'm all in on Cloud9 today at these depressed prices. I'm not sure they'll beat Immortals, but this should go to three games and be lucrative for fantasy owners on both sides. I love using good teams when they're underpriced and Cloud9 fit the bill today, like Team Liquid did yesterday.
