DraftKings LoL: Friday Cheat Sheet
I'm going full on G2 stack today, but Splyce and Fnatic have good matchups on paper as well. I'm slumping in EU lately as results have been fairly tough to predict. I'm not on Fnatic at all even with a good matchup on paper, they are sometimes hard to trust. Could be my downfall fading them, but it's the risk I'm taking. To afford the G2 stack I have shares of the ROCCAT bottom lane, which may seem foolish, but Steeelback has been pretty good even in ROCCAT losses, and Raise gives me a cheap support to pay up for. UoL aren't exactly the model of consistency and ROCCAT are coming off of a sweep over S04 yesterday.
Top Lane: Expect (G2 vs. S04, $7,000)
I fully expect (pun intended) G2 to sweep Schalke today. G2 are the one team you can consistently count on for fantasy production where the likes of Fnatic let you down in easy matchups. Expect has been good playing carry top laners and that should continue today.
Jungle: Trick (G2 vs. S04, $6,700)
I might as well just write Trick's name into this spot in pen every single week. I use him a ton, but I love being able to use him for under $7,000. You all know about his upside by now, I talk about it every article.
Middle Lane: Perkz (G2 vs. S04, $7,800)
Perkz got back to his dominant ways yesterday, pulling out the Kassadin to secure ten kills in the second game of G2's series. Febiven would seem to be in a better spot and is a little cheaper, so if you want to go that route I can't fault you.
ADC: Zven (G2 vs. S04 , $7,900)
Final part of the G2 stack. I just think they're the clear choice to sweep today, as usual. Zven is playing well in both full on carry roles and utility marksman roles. Let's hope he goes full on carry today, but if he plays a utility role, 10+ assists should be likely in both games. I'm also using Steeelback in a flex role, who is cheap and is scoring well even when the rest of his team is getting crushed. With ROCCAT coming off of a sweep Thursday, ROCCAT seems to be firing on all cylinders.
Support: Mikyx (SPY vs. H2K, $5,300)
Splyce are in a good spot to sweep H2K today, making this my point of exposure. H2K love to play low agro games, but Mikyx only needs assists to pay off for us in this role. If he can help Splyce win teamfights, he stands a good chance to pile up assists even if this game isn't action packed. I'm also combining Raise with Steeelback in a flex role and hoping that duo can give ROCCAT a nice spark.
Team: ROC vs. UoL ($3,300)
This isn't the safest selection of the day, but I'm liking ROCCAT's upside and potential to upset UoL today. I have $300 left over in my lineup so if you aren't feeling as bold you can use a UoL or GIANTS. GIANTS are likely to tie Vitality however, but ROCCAT are boom or bust type of pick.
