Clippers Clobber Jazz, 131-102
The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the visiting Utah Jazz, 131-102, at Vivint Arena on Friday.

Los Angeles kickstarted this game with a 41-16 first quarter, maintaining a double-digit lead for the final 40 minutes of this game. They got their lead up to 38 points at times, leading by at least 20 points for the entirety of the second half. The Clippers shot 56 percent from the field and 37 percent from three-point range while holding the Jazz to 39 percent from the field and 31 percent from long range. LA also out-assisted Utah, 32-20, while outscoring them in the paint, 70-44.

The Jazz (29-48) were led by Talen Horton Tucker, providing 17 points, three rebounds and two steals off of the bench. Collin Sexton led the starters with 12 points, three rebounds and two assists. Omer Yurtseven amassed 12 points and seven boards. Darius Bazley totaled 12 points, six rebounds and three steals.

The Clippers (49-28) were led by Terance Mann, finishing with 19 points, four rebounds and two steals. Paul George provided 14 points, two rebounds and three assists. James Harden had 13 points, 10 rebounds and 15 assists, while Ivica Zubac accrued 12 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and three blocks. Norman Powell led the bench with 18 points, while Russell Westbrook collected 17 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Both teams return to action on Sunday, with Utah traveling to face the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles remaining home to play the Cleveland Cavaliers.
