Making impression on Atlanta
Toppin is turning heads with his strong play in Summer League, Lauren Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
ANALYSIS
"Obviously, his size, his length and ability to shoot the ball," Summer League head coach Bryan Bailey said of what has stood out from Toppin so far. "We even saw Friday in the game, just in the fourth quarter, he can push the ball. He can dribble. So we got him as a weapon in transition. Just keep developing those things." Toppin, who is on a two-way contract with Atlanta for the second straight season, figures to be a key player in the G League with College Park once again.
