Mavericks Handle Heat, 105-90
The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Miami Heat, 105-90, at American Airlines Center on Friday night.

Miami was able to put together a much more productive second quarter, but thanks to Dallas' hot hand, the visitors only made a three-point dent in their deficit going into halftime. Lest there were any hopes of a comeback, the hosts definitively snuffed them out with a 32-16 advantage in the third quarter that set up the comfortable victory.

Victor Oladipo led the Heat with 20 points, adding two assists and one steal. Bam Adebayo generated an 18-point, 11-rebound double-double that included four assists. Tyler Herro delivered 16 points, five rebounds and one assist. Jimmy Butler turned in 12 points, four rebounds, one assist and two steals. Gabe Vincent produced 10 points and three assists.
