Tuesday's 15-game MLB slate begins at 7:05 PM Eastern time. There are plenty of high-profile pitchers in action here, but some of the best values on the mound can be found in the low $40 range. Using those options also frees up salary to grab more of the pricy sluggers listed below.

PITCHER
Thomas Pannone, TOR at BAL ($43): Pannone will be hoping lightning strikes twice when he faces the Orioles for the second time in as many major-league starts. The rookie southpaw's first one went swimmingly, as Pannone held Baltimore to one hit and two walks over seven scoreless innings last Wednesday. With a 29.3 percent strikeout rate in Double-A and a 26.0 percent mark in Triple-A this season, Pannone also brings upside in that category against an offense that ranks 27th in runs per game (3.82).
Cole Hamels, CHC vs. NYM ($40): Hamels has been reinvigorated by playing for a contender, allowing just three earned runs over 34 innings for a 0.79 ERA through five starts with the Cubs. While the Mets' bats have been better of late, New York still ranks just 23rd with 4.16 runs per game. Expect Hamels to thrive against this familiar foe and match zeroes with Jacob DeGrom.

CATCHER
Omar Narvaez, CWS at NYY ($15): Narvaez has a .365 wOBA against righties this season, and he's primed to improve that number further against Lance Lynn at Yankee Stadium. Lynn's allowed a .377 wOBA to left-handed hitters, and Narvaez should benefit from the venue's short porch and sixth-ranked, 1.14 park factor.
FIRST BASE
Cody Bellinger, LAD at TEX ($20): Rangers righty Ariel Jurado has faced 61 left-handed batters in his major-league career while allowing a massive .453 wOBA over that sample. Bellinger is primed to capitalize on this favorable matchup, as the left-handed slugger has a .364 season wOBA against righties that jumps to .425 on the road. There's no better road location for hitters than Globe Life Park in Arlington, which leads the league with a 1.36 park factor.
SECOND BASE
Whit Merrifield, KC vs. DET ($20): Merrifield has absolutely pummeled left-handed pitching this season with a .403 wOBA over 154 at-bats. That trend should continue against Tigers southpaw Matt Boyd, who has allowed 29 earned runs in 36.2 innings for a 7.12 ERA over his last seven road starts.
THIRD BASE
Travis Shaw, MIL at CIN ($17): Shaw's a proven performer against right-handed pitching, producing a .373 wOBA over 324 at-bats in that split this year while batting in the heart of Milwaukee's order. Don't expect Reds righty Anthony DeSclafani to slow Shaw down, as left-handed hitters have a .360 wOBA over a 177-batter sample against DeSclafani this season.
SHORTSTOP
Carlos Correa, HOU vs. OAK ($12): Correa's available at a significant discount compared to his usual price, so grab him at $12 against Oakland starter Edwin Jackson. The talented shortstop has a .357 career wOBA in righty-on-righty matchups while Jackson has surrendered a .335 mark in such situations during his career.
OUTFIELD
Aaron Hicks, NYY vs. CWS ($20): The switch-hitting Hicks has done his best work from the left side this season, producing a .366 wOBA against right-handed pitching compared to a .354 mark facing lefties. He's currently occupying the third spot in New York's batting order against righties, and Hicks is primed to find further success against righty James Shields. Shields has struggled on the road with a 6.12 ERA and .372 wOBA allowed to batters from the left side.
Joc Pederson, LAD at TEX ($13): Pederson is available at a discount after recently dealing with a knee injury, but he appeared as a pinch-hitter Sunday and appears ready to rejoin the lineup after Monday's day off. Los Angeles' leadoff man against righties couldn't ask for a better spot to return -- Jurado's struggles and the venue's hitter-friendly lean have already been highlighted. Meanwhile, Pederson owns a healthy .379 wOBA against right-handers this season.
Austin Dean, MIA at BOS ($12): Dean got promoted to the big leagues after slashing .420/.466/.654 in 20 Double-A contests and .326/.397/.475 in 87 games at Triple-A. With Miami, he's managed a .369 wOBA over a tiny, 10 at-bat sample against lefties. At just $12, it's worth finding out if he can continue to produce against Red Sox lefty Brian Johnson at hitter-friendly Fenway Park (1.06 park factor).
