Pitching
Trevor Bauer , LAD at MIL ($11,000): Say what you want about Bauer but he handled Tatis' one-eyed taunt perfectly. Don't be afraid to use him in cash games across the board and expect a nice point production by way of strikeouts.
Antonio Senzatela, COL at ARI ($6,400): Senzatela gets an away game tonight in Arizona and should be able to take advantage of it. His salary will allow DFS players to load up on batters so he's a great tournament option.
Top Targets
Mookie Betts, LAD at MIL ($4,400): Milwaukee hasn't announced a starting pitcher as this is being written so it's likely a lower-tier option will be taking the mound. Betts will be in his usual leadoff spot and has that potential to hit for power as well as swipe the occasional base. He's the guy I would put in my lineup first regardless of the pitching option you choose to use.
J.D. Martinez, BOS at TEX ($3,800): Normally I like to target Martinez against a lefty and when the weather is a bit warmer in Texas. However, we'll buck that trend and go with J.D. tonight, who should be hitting in his usual middle of the lineup spot. Kyle Gibson has pitched well to this point but there's some regression to the mean coming to his 2.30 ERA.
Value Bats
Charlie Blackmon, COL at ARI ($2,800): Of course we would like Blackmon much better if he was at the friendly confines of Coors Field but at this salary, it's tough to ignore him. Blackmon will face off against Luke Weaver, whose ERA is north of 4.50.
Austin Riley, ATL vs CHC ($2,300): Riley is coming off a 4-for-5 performance and has a nice home matchup against Adbert Alzolay. The last time Riley had a big game (34.1 fantasy points) he followed that performance up with a 25.2 effort. Riley's batting average is up to .286 with three home runs so he may move up in the lineup sooner or later.
Stacks to Consider
BOS at Gibson: Martinez, Xander Bogaerts ($3,300), Rafael Devers ($3,200), Alex Verdugo ($2,800)
This is completely fading Gibson who again, should see some negative regression given his numbers this far. All of these hitters are capable of going yard and Verdugo is an outstanding play given his low salary. Any of these bats are in play for cash games as well as GPPs.
COL at Weaver: Blackmon, Trevor Story ($3,800), Ryan McMahon ($3,400), C.J. Cron ($3,200)
Cron has over 34 fantasy points in three games this season. McMahon and Blackmon have the lefty-vs-righty advantage and Weaver has looked less than convincing this season. Being the away team. the Rockies are guaranteed of getting nine innings of at-bats.
