Ramping up fitness
Tzimas is still ramping up his fitness after playing in a U-21 match, according to manager Fabian Hurzeler, per Henry Bryant of Sussex Express. "It is only going step by step. It is very important that we don't force it. We have to understand that they both had an injury that made them be out for a long time. Especially Stefanos, he suffered the injury twice or three times in a row in the same area, and that is something that creates doubts in a player. Now we have to see step by step that they are getting more game time and that we make them ready to play Premier League."
ANALYSIS
Tsimas was back on the field in a U21 match last week, featuring for 30 minutes as he continues to try to make his Premier League debut. That said, he seems to be on the verge of seeing a team sheet soon, although the club is taking his return cautiously. Once he is fit, he will likely see a bench role, more of a depth role for the club as he earns a spot with the team.

Adapting to Premier League
Tzimas has yet to play with the team and is still only training as he tries to adapt to the Premier League and its speed, according to manager Fabian Hurzeler, per Brian Owen of the Argus. "They are still in an adapting phase, but they are already in team training, which is a positive thing. We are very patient with them. We give them time so that they can adapt to our training intensity."

Signs with Brighton
Tzimas has signed a contract with Brighton until 2030, joining from Nuremberg, but will remain on loan at his former club until the end of the season, his new club announced. Head coach Fabian Hurzeler praised Tzimas, saying, "Stefanos is an exceptional young talent, an out-and-out centre-forward with a natural ability to score goals, and we are absolutely delighted to have signed him. He will join up with us in the summer, ahead of next season, and we are really looking forward to working with him, believing he has a very exciting future ahead."
