Stefon Diggs: Anytime Touchdown (+165)
This was my favorite bet of the Week 7 slate, and it missed. Rather than just admitting I was off base, I'm doubling down. Because we're never wrong here – we're just early. But there's a lot to like about Diggs this week. For one, I don't think New England will be able to run the ball at all. They're the league's second-worst rushing offense in terms of EPA, and they're going up against the league's second-best rushing defense in that same metric. I'm betting Drake Maye will be forced to put on his cape and carry the offense through the air, which should lead to a lot of opportunities for Diggs. And he's well-positioned to capitalize on those chances. Diggs leads all WRs in yards per route run against man coverage, and the Browns run man at the sixth-highest rate in the league. I love Diggs' chances of finding the end zone here.
Jaylin Noel: Anytime Touchdown (+330)
At over 3-to-1 odds, Jaylin Noel is the biggest longshot of the week by far. But he might also be my favorite value here. The Texans will be without two of their best receivers in Nico Collins and Christian Kirk. That would normally be a death sentence for what has been one of the league's worst passing attacks. But the 49ers might be the best-possible matchup for Houston. The Texans' inability to protect C.J. Stroud, has been the biggest problem with their passing attack. But San Francisco might be the only pass-rush this Houston OL is able to block. San Francisco generates pressures at the lowest rate in the league, and they've recorded the third-fewest sacks as well. I think Stroud will finally be able to move the ball in Week 8, and I think he'll look Noel's way early and often here. In an increased role last week, Noel turned seven targets into four catches for 77 yards. He's got a good chance to outpace that production here in Week 8.

Javonte Williams: Anytime Touchdown (-130)
The Cowboys have been the league's best passing attack this season, but I think that unit could struggle against Denver. The Broncos own the league's third-best pass defense by EPA per dropback, and they're leading the league in sacks for the second straight season. And just like last year, it's not a close race, as the Broncos have a whopping 8 more sacks than the second-best pass-rush. That all points to Dallas needing to rely on the run game, where Denver is much more beatable. The Broncos are just a league-average rushing defense, and I think they'll have a hard-time stopping Williams, who has scored seven times in seven games. Look for Javonte to find paydirt against the team that drafted him here in Week 8.
