Tournament Preview

Made In Denmark is at Himmerland Golf and Spa for the fourth year in a row. It is a short course, and although it is not on the coast, it has the look and feel of a links course. Wind usually is a factor adding to the links feel. The field is significantly stronger than last week, so we will see many recognizable names again. Focusing on ball striking along with current form and course history will be ideal.

DRAFTKINGS PICKS

Soren Kjeldsen - $11,100 (11/1)

Soren has been great at this tournament. He was T8 in 2016, T2 in 2015 and T15 in 2014. The local favorite truly is a course horse. He is also coming in with some form, he was T16 last week at Wyndham. He is 14th in driving accuracy on tour, and although his greens in regulation have dropped this year he has too much up side to pass up.

Benjamin Hebert - $8,200 (50/1)

Hebert has some good memories at Himmerland. He finished T13 last year and T14 in 2015 on this course. He has made his last three cuts, including T8 at Irish Open. Benjamin embraces links style golf. He is ranked 11th in greens in regulation. Expect him to be in the mix come Sunday.

Jbe Kruger - $7,200 (90/1)

Kruger cooled off some last month after a strong May and June but is trending in the right direction again. He has experience at Himmerland, finishing T26 last year. Kruger is ranked 45th on tour in greens in regulation and 85th in driving accuracy. We have to take some chances on lower-tier golfers to fit in the top guys, and Kruger appears to be a safe choice.

Tom Lewis - $7,200 (90/1)

Tom is another golfer that has had success on this course. His last three finishes at Made In Denmark have been T26, T20 and T15. He enters this week with momentum from a T9 last week at Paul Lawrie Match Play and back-to-back made cuts prior to that. He is ranked 19th in greens in regulation, and although this is a short course, he is one of the longer drivers on tour, which doesn't hurt.
