2025 Fantasy Outlook
Standout rookie campaigns from Brock Bowers and Sam LaPorta suggest the TE learning curve in the NFL may be accelerating. While not quite on Bowers' level as a prospect, Warren heads to the league backed by similar draft capital (14th overall) after catching 104 passes for 1,233 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior at Penn State. He was a late bloomer, however, posting a 34-422-7 receiving line as a 21-year-old junior in 2023 after catching only 15 passes total in two prior seasons (while competing for snaps with future NFL draft picks Brenton Strange and Theo Johnson). Warren didn't go through pre-draft testing, but film shows that he moves well for someone whose measurements (6-foot-6, 256 pounds) are reminiscent of a blocking specialist more so than a receiving threat. The Nittany Lions even gave him trick plays and direct snaps last season, with 26 carries yielding 218 yards and four TDs. Warren thus profiles as an after-the-catch threat, in addition to using his huge frame to beat defenses down the seams and in the end zone. His short-term outlook is somewhat less promising in Indianapolis, where Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones are competing for the starting QB job in an offense that has two WRs, Michael Pittman and Josh Downs, capable of handling considerable target volume. First career touchdown
Warren recorded five receptions on six targets for 70 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Rams. He added two rushes for three yards and a touchdown.
ANALYSIS
Warren had an impressive all-around performance, as he earned targets both in the short and deep areas of the field. He accounted for three of the Colts' four longest plays from scrimmage with receptions of 24, 23 and 17 yards, reaching at least 70 receiving yards for the third time in four games. Warren was also used on the ground on consecutive plays at the goal line early in the second quarter, as he took two direct snaps and scored on the second for his first touchdown in the NFL.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Targeted often in OTAs and minicamp
Warren has been heavily involved throughout OTAs and minicamp, per Stephen Holder of ESPN.com.
ANALYSIS
Holder believes any questions about whether Warren will play a prominent role out of the gate have been answered based on all the touches he accumulated in practice. Warren caught passes from Daniel Jones, who complimented the rookie first-round pick's instincts, strength and ability to meet the ball on catches. Jones and Anthony Richardson are set to compete for the starting quarterback job when the Colts begin training camp in July, but Richardson missed minicamp due to a shoulder injury.
