Rest-of-Season Projections
Signed to active roster
The Packers signed Keeney-James from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Vikings.
ANALYSIS
With Dontayvion Wicks (concussion) listed as doubtful and Savion Williams (foot/illness) placed on injured reserve, Keeney-James is likely set to fill the void at wide receiver for Sunday's game. If he plays, Week 18 would be the 25-year-old's first contest of the season, and he would likely be the No. 6 receiver behind Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden and Bo Melton.

Hidden gem as UDFA
Nick Baumgardner of The Athletic lists Keeney-James, who is slated to sign with the Lions, as one of the best post-draft gems following the 2025 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
Keeney-James didn't hear his name announced during the draft, but he did draw plenty of attention from teams for his athletic ability, demonstrated by his 4.37 40-yard dash time and 40.5-inch vertical jump. Assuming he signs with Detroit, Keeney-James will need to showcase that elite athleticism in OTAs and minicamp to earn a spot on the roster for training camp. He transferred from Eastern Washington to the University of Massachusetts in 2024 and finished the season with 50 catches for 839 yards and six touchdowns.
