DraftKings LoL: Monday LPL Cheat Sheet

DraftKings LoL: Monday LPL Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings League of Legends series.

GAMES (EDT)

  • 2:00 a.m: OMG vs. Estar
  • 4:00 a.m: LNG vs. Royal Never Give Up
  • 5:30 a.m: Victory Five vs. Topsports

OMG (7-6) vs. Estar (10-4)

The LPL is kind of boring Monday, and we have a case where OMG just got obliterated by LGD and Estar looked like they were back together. As I stated in my last article, even though I was off them for a couple of games, they were definitely going to get better and try new things out that they probably couldn't during scrims since teams are playing everyday. Estar is way better than LGD, and their early game is superb, so I don't see a case where OMG takes a game off them.

Prediction: Estar 2-0

Bets: None

Estar Players to Target: All of them

LNG (4-9) vs. RNG (7-6)

LNG is running a new top laner, who hasn't seen any time all split. I think it is a good choice because Flandre has been costing them games more than winning. RNG has lost their touch the last three games, and its not because they are bad, they are just losing team fights when they shouldn't. I think this may be some communication error, but at this point in the season there should be no excuse in that and RNG should start going back to being more proactive in the early game. I am liking them to bounce back and hoping LangX bullies the new LNG top laner to secure a win for RNG.

I am liking them to bounce back and hoping LangX bullies the new LNG top laner to secure a win for RNG. Both teams are objective oriented, and this could be a boring game or a fiesta because of the way both teams has looked the past week.

Prediction: RNG 2-0

Bets: None

RNG Players to Target: LangX (TOP $6400), XLB (JNG $6600), Xiahou (MID $7200)

V5 (0-13) vs. TES (8-5)

I was actually going to be on V5 until I saw Jackleylove in the starting lineup. TES have looked pretty bad lately, and I think it is because of recent events in bringing in JKL and trying out new things. I think TES is going to try hard, and even though Jackeylove hasn't had much time to scrim with them as a team, he has been duoing with Karsa and the new support Yuyanjia, which makes sense on why he is starting over QiuQiu. V5 is actually running out a really good lineup where their players are playing their respective roles, but TES are known as the lane kingdom and the players are just too good for V5. If you think that TES might be rusty with JKL then I don't mind a flier on V5, as they are bound to win a game some time soon. This should be a chalky and bloody game to target, as the kill spreads has hit every time in a V5 loss.

Prediction: TES 2-0

Bets: None

TES Players to Target: Everyone

STACKS TO CONSIDER

  • Cash: TES/Estar, TES/RNG, Estar/RNG
  • GPP: V5/Estar, LNG/Estar
