DraftKings LoL: Saturday Cheat Sheet

Phoenix1 are the biggest favorites of the day in a matchup against EnVyUs, while Dignitas follow closely behind against Echo Fox. I like the players priced in the middle Saturday, including those in the Cloud9 vs. Immortals and Team Liquid vs. Team SoloMid series. I think these games should be closely contested, possibly both going to three games. Cloud9 are clearly a better team than Immortals at this point, but this series has the potential to be extremely fantasy friendly as both teams love to fight.

Top Lane: Lourlo (TL vs. TSM, $6,000)

I'm finally off the Ssumday bandwagon as he's priced above where I want to pay on Saturday. Lourlo was excellent in Week 1, leading the NA LCS in kill participation, kills, damage percentage, and had the least deaths from the top lane. He's underpriced in this matchup, which could go either way, and should outproduce his salary.

Jungle: Contractz (C9 vs. IMT, $6,600)/Dardoch (IMT vs. C9, $5,300)

I like both junglers in this series as they should each be actively involved in the action. They finished Week 1 second and third in kills, kill participation, and damage from the jungle. I think this could turn into a scrappy series that goes the distance, with plenty of fantasy points to go around.

Middle Lane: Bjergsen (TSM vs. TL, $7,300)/Jensen (C9 vs. IMT, $7,600)

I'll keep riding Bjergsen while his price floats around $7,000. His poor series against C9 is an outlier as he is still the best mid laner in North America and finds himself in a fairly easy lane matchup against Goldenglue. Jensen is also underpriced in what should be a scrappy series. I wouldn't be surprised if both players lead their role in fantasy points at the end of the day.

ADC: Arrow (P1 vs. nV, $8,000)

I originally had Sneaky and $300 dollars left over for the ADC role, and while I feel Sneaky is a fine play, I want some P1 exposure in this matchup. Arrow leads the NA LCS in damage percentage and kill participation after Week 1. Even when playing a utility role he's been very involved throughout P1's action and scored over 70 points in both series during Week 1. This should be a fairly easy series for P1, meaning Arrow has an excellent shot at scoring over 90 points.

Support: Matt (TL vs. TSM, $4,900)

While I think TSM win this series, Team Liquid are likely to take a game and could push TSM along the way. Matt leads all roles in the LCS in kill participation, being involved in 81.5 percent of Team Liquid's kills after Week 1. This is a good omen for his chances to pick up multiple games of double digit assists in what should be a fairly close series.

Team: TL vs. TSM ($4,300)

I think TSM win this series, but TL will keep things close enough to be useful at this cheap price. I don't like paying up for this role, so an underdog like Team Liquid that has a chance to win the series is always where I try to go. They're averaging 14 turret kills, three dragons and two Barons per series and should be able to pick up at least a win in one game.
