FaZe (0–4) vs. OG (1–3)
FaZe come in without a win in four games, though, these losses have come against some serious competition (Natus Vincere, Astralis, fnatic and mousesports). NiKo had a monstrous performance in their most recent loss to Natus Vincere, and he is the third-highest priced player on the slate. However, he is well worth paying up for as they are set to face off against a weaker OG side. coldzera is still a great play at $6,200, and I would look to go back to him here despite not really delivering in their recent match against Natus Vincere.
On the side of OG, mantuu is definitely the safest option. The last time these two sides met, FaZe absolutely annihilated OG by a score of 16–7 on both maps. Despite this, mantuu put up pretty respectable numbers compared to his teammates, ending the series with a team-high 34 frags. In fact, he was the only player on his team to finish with a positive K/D differential (plus-2). ISSAA is still just $5,000, and there is going to be a slate where he will give you a great return at this price. However, it needs to be emphasized that it is a big gamble and something that should primarily be considered in GPPs.

fnatic (3–1) vs. Natus Vincere (3–1)
fnatic are coming off an impressive 2–0 win against mousesports. KRIMZ was the best player on the server with 45 kills and a K/D differential of plus-18, and he is now the most expensive fnatic player. The pricing is now starting to make a bit more sense, but I would argue that JW is still underpriced at $5,000. I would look to target KRIMZ and Brollan as usual, but JW makes for a decent play as one of the lowest-priced players on the slate.
On the side of Natus Vincere, s1mple will be the one to target once more, assuming you have the salary. I sound like a broken record, but he really is the crème de la crème of fantasy scoring. However, every time electronic is priced this low, he should be highly considered as well. He will generally be a pretty good guy to stack alongside s1mple in general, especially in cash games, as he is quite often the second-best player on the team.
fnatic Players to Target: KRIMZ ($7,600), Brollan ($7,400), JW ($5,000)
Natus Vincere Players to Target: s1mple ($9,200), electronic ($6,800)
mousesports (3–1) vs. Astralis (2–2)
Astralis made short work of OG, and they will now be going up against a mousesports side that finally showed some signs of weakness with a loss to fnatic. Magisk is still grossly underpriced at just $7,200, and he will likely be very highly owned after annihilating OG, leading all players on the server with 41 kills and a K/D differential of plus-15. device is now priced at $8,200, and this is the type of spot where it makes more sense to roster him compared to slates where he is priced roughly the same as guys like s1mple and NiKo. I would prioritize Magisk and device, and Xyp9x makes for a nice contrarian play.
Meanwhile, ropz and frozen make for the best plays for mousesports. However, it does feel kind of questionable to roster them here in such a difficult matchup. The last time these two sides met, woxic was the main reason why mousesports were able to upset Astralis, posting a team-high 78 kills with a K/D differential of plus-16. Will this be the time when he randomly shows up and delivers a big performance? I doubt he will be highly owned after his recent form, so he does make for a pretty solid contrarian play.
Astralis Players to Target: device ($8,200), Magisk ($7,200)
mousesports Players to Target: ropz ($8,800), frozen ($8,400), woxic ($7,200)
MAD Lions (6–1) vs. FunPlus Phoenix (2–2)
MAD Lions are set to take on FunPlus Phoenix in the playoffs of FLASHPOINT. The last and only time these two sides met, MAD Lions convincingly won 16–6 and 16–10. Bubzkji had a great performance in that match, and he has received a price bump as a result. However, I would pivot to acoR and sjuush in order to give space for the likes of s1mple and NiKo. acoR is just $5,800 and by far one of the best value plays on the slate. He may have underperformed in their last couple of outings, but he is capable of putting up excellent numbers, as shown in the matchups against HAVU and c0ntact earlier in the season.
For FunPlus Phoenix, it is still all about dapr, as far as I am concerned. He leads his team with 0.78 kills/round and is the only player with a positive K/D ratio (1.08). However, it is quite risky to roster FunPlus Phoenix players in this matchup, and he is more of a GPP punt than anything else.
MAD Lions Players to Target: Bubzkji ($9,000), sjuush ($7,600), acoR ($5,800)
FunPlus Phoenix Players to Target: dapr ($7,600)
MiBR (2–3) vs. FURIA (3–2)
MiBR will face off against FURIA in a Brazilian derby. This will be a rematch from the group stage, a match in which FURIA got the better of MiBR by a score of 2–1. kNgV and fer both had solid games for MiBR, and they will be the ones to target once more. While FalleN is a decent play, I see no reason why you would play him over kNgV or fer at a higher price.
KSCERATO was a monster in their most recent outing against MiBR, posting a K/D differential of plus-25 with 61 kills over three maps. I would look to target him here as well, but if you do not have the salary, yuurih and HEN1 make for good alternatives.

FURIA Players to Target: KSCERATO ($8,600), yuurih ($8,000)
Gen.G (3–4) vs. Cloud9 (5–2)
Gen.G will take on Cloud9 in the playoffs of FLASHPOINT. This should be a closely contested matchup between two regional rivals. Gen.G definitely have more name value with the likes of autimatic and koosta, but Cloud9 have shown flashes of brilliance and should not be underestimated. koosta has been the standout player for Gen.G through the group stage, but I would personally pivot to autimatic at $7,000, as he will give you more flexibility when building your lineups.
The trio of floppy, motm and oSee have all shown fine form for Cloud9. You could make an argument for any one, and it really comes down to roster construction. I personally like floppy the most, but motm has looked very impressive, leading the team with 0.76 kills/round while slightly edging out floppy with a 1.15 K/D ratio. For that reason, I think he makes for a fine play at just $7,400.
