Pan Wei-Lun has been particularly ineffective, although it's worth noting he does have two quality starts against the Brothers. Miranda has been much better overall and is coming off a quality start as well, and he'll now look to help the Brothers snap a three-game losing streak and begin clawing out of their last-place hole.
