Each week I share my favorite college player props as part of our DFS College Football series.

We find our edge with RotoWire's Picks & Props tool. Multiple prediction factors help decide if we should lean "higher" or "lower" on all of the player props available across multiple DFS sites and sportsbooks. I use the tool as a starting point to highlight props that I might otherwise miss and to narrow down my options before doing a deeper dive into matchups and trends.

Below are some of the best picks you can make on Underdog this week.

QB Kyron Drones, Virginia Tech

This prop is currently the top rated "leaning less" Underdog CFB passing yards pick within the RotoWire Picks app, as both the RotoWire projection and hit rate are aligned, and Underdog is offering the most attractive line for the under. Other DFS sites and sportsbooks have the line as low as 175.5, so we're getting some extra value at Underdog.

Drones is averaging just 147 passing yards over the past four games with a high game of 181 during that time period. He had some bigger games earlier this season, but that was against lesser competition like Wofford. Now he'll face the nation's 21st-ranked pass defense in Louisville.

CFB Underdog Pick: Kyron Drones, LOWER than 178.5 pass yards

QB CJ Bailey, NC State

I'm 2-0 picking CJ Bailey unders in this article this season, and I'm going back to it again. As I explained last week, Bailey is a very efficient passer, completing over 70% of his attempts, but he still only had over 240 passing yards in two of his past seven games, including one against FCS Campbell.

Week 10 opponent Georgia Tech ranks a respectable 61st against the pass, allowing 216.2 yards per game. Coincidentally, last week's opponent ranked 60th against the pass, allowing 216.7 pass yards heading into that matchup and held Bailey to 220 passing yards on a season-high 40 attempts. NC State just doesn't have great playmaking pass-catchers.

CFB Underdog Pick: CJ Bailey, LOWER than 237.5 pass yards

RB J'Mari Taylor, Virginia

As I was scrolling through the Picks tool, this is a number that really stood out to me. There aren't many rushing yards lines set at over 85. That's typically reserved for guys like Cam Cook, Robert Henry and Justice Haynes, who are among the nation's rushing leaders.

Sure - Virginia's opponent this week, California, just got torched by Virginia Tech's run game, allowing 357 rushing yards last week! But I'm looking at that poor performance as a positive -- one that helped to inflate Taylor's rushing yards line and give us some value. After all, Taylor has only topped this number once in the past six games. He's averaging a solid 72.6 yards per game this season, but that's inflated by a 150-yard breakout performance back in Week 2.

If we look closer at the matchup, Cal is statistically a middle-of-the pack run defense, and they have an offense that's capable of taking the lead and putting Virginia into more of a passing script.

CFB Underdog Pick: J'Mari Taylor, LOWER than 87.5 rushing yards

WR Chris Brazzell, Tennessee

It has been a boom or bust kind of season for Brazzell, as he has topped 100 receiving yards in four games but failed to reach 70 yards in the other five. So given those options, what is more likely to happen against the nation's 10th ranked pass defense? Oklahoma is only allowing 155.4 passing yards per game and has only allowed three players to top 70 yards through eight games.

Tennessee is the second highest scoring team in the country and can move the ball against any opponent, but the Volunteers did struggle in their only game against a top 40 pass defense so far, scoring a season-low 20 points in a game that Brazzell was held to 66 yards. Plus, Brazzell isn't guaranteed to be the top target for Tennessee, which limits his upside. Teammate Braylon Staley has been the team's leading receiver in three games this season, while Brazzell was the top target in four and Mike Matthews in one.

CFB Underdog Pick: Chris Brazzell LOWER than 70.5 receiving yards
