Knicks Blast Spurs, 126-105
The New York Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 126-105, at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night.

The Knicks (4-4) got off to a fast start on both ends of the floor, leading to a dominant 33-16 lead after one. The Spurs (3-5) were much better on the offensive end in the second quarter while totaling 35 points, but they still managed to only make a three-point dent in their deficit. Victor Wembanyama and Malaki Branham posted matching 14-point contributions, with Wembanyama also pulling down nine rebounds. Tre Jones furnished 12 points, five assists, one rebound, one steal and one block. Zach Collins supplied 11 points, seven boards, three assists and three blocks. Doug McDermott matched Collins' scoring and also recorded three rebounds and one assist.
