Hornets Blast Bucks, 138-109
The Charlotte Hornets defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, 138-109, at Fiserv Forum on Friday night.

The Hornets (11-29) came into the contest as unsurprisingly heavy road underdogs, but they quickly turned the game's outlook on its head with a 51-point first quarter that netted them a 23-point lead. Charlotte then impressively kept its foot on the gas against the host Bucks (25-14) over the middle quarters to take a 25-point advantage into the final period, setting the stage for the easy win.

Terry Rozier led the Hornets with 39 points, adding four assists, two rebounds and one steal. LaMelo Ball generated a 24-point, 12-assist double-double that included three rebounds, two steals and one block. P.J. Washington furnished 23 points, two boards, two assists and two steals. Mason Plumlee generated a 17-point, 15-rebound double-double that included six assists and one steal. Jalen McDaniels supplied 11 points, nine boards, two assists, two steals and one block.

Bobby Portis paced the Bucks with a 19-point, 12-rebound double-double that included three assists and one steal. AJ Green registered 13 points, three boards and two assists. Jrue Holiday and Grayson Allen generated matching 12-point, two-rebound tallies while adding four and two assists, respectively. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Brook Lopez finished with nine-point, four-rebound efforts.

The Hornets remain on the road and visit the Indiana Pacers on Sunday afternoon. The Bucks hit the road and visit the New York Knicks on Monday night.
