Inks contract extension
Ulreich has extended his contract with FC Bayern until 2026, the club announced. "Sven is reliability personified: He keeps his promises - in the truest sense of the word. Characters like him are good for every team. We are very happy to have him with us for another season," said Max Eberl, FC Bayern's sporting director.

Ulreich joined Bayern from Stuttgart in 2015 and has only spent one season on loan with Hamburger SV in 2020 since then. He has made 103 competitive appearances for Bayern and has won nine German championship titles, three DFB-Pokal trophies, six DFL-Supercups, one Champions League and one UEFA Super Cup. He will remain the backup goalkeeper to Manuel Neuer heading into the 2025/26 season.
