Dubersarsky has signed a five-year deal with Austin FC, keeping him under contract through the 2029 season, with an option for 2030,
the club announced. "We believe that Nicolas is a promising defensive midfielder who has a lot of tools to develop into an excellent player," said Austin FC Sporting Director Rodolfo Borrell.
ANALYSIS
Dubersarsky progressed through the academy at Instituto ACC and impressed with the reserve team in 2023, making 41 appearances at just 18 years old. In the 2024 Primera Division season, Dubersarsky featured in 23 of Instituto's 27 league matches (21 starts) as the club secured its best league finish since 1987. He will occupy Senior, U22 Initiative, and International slots on Austin FC's roster, providing promising young depth in midfield.
