Miazga will undergo knee surgery and has no timetable for his return, manager Pat Noonan told Laurel Pfahler of The Queen City Press on Friday. "There'll be a surgery, but the extent of it, we won't know until they're in the surgery. So timeline still to be determined. But yeah, he'll have surgery. It's just a matter of when and with whom. So that's what was a lot of the conversation in the last couple weeks," Noonan said.

Miazga was stretchered from the field after a collision between his left knee and the post caused a laceration on his leg in Saturday's 4-2 victory at San Jose. He has received stitches at a local hospital, according to coach Pat Noonan via Laurel Pfahler.

Miazga registered an own goal and one shot (zero on goal) in Saturday's 3-1 victory over St. Louis City SC.

Miazga recorded two shots (one on goal) in Saturday's 1-0 victory against Orlando City SC. He also added three clearances and one tackle en route to keeping a clean sheet.
