Tsimikas is not expected to train for another two weeks after having collarbone surgery, according to assistant manager Pepijn Lijnders. "Kostas is now four weeks after surgery, so he needs probably two more weeks because we need to make sure that the bone is strong and the bone is healed before he goes into first-team training."

Tsimikas (collarbone) has been confirmed to have a broken collarbone after an ugly collision on the sidelines against Arsenal, according to manager Jurgen Klopp, per Theo Squires of the Liverpool Echo. "He's broken his collarbone at least. It's really bad for us. I cannot say anything about that (the challenge from Saka). You have to judge that, not me."
