Swiderski scored one goal to go with four shots (two on goal) in Saturday's 2-2 draw against Austin FC.
ANALYSIS
Swiderski returned from his loan in Italy and the Euros with a goal from the penalty spot. In 32 MLS games last season, he scored 12 goals and has started his tally for this season. Last season, he only took more than two shots on target in one game, so he is off to a positive start this season.

Not leaving Charlotte
FCharlotte FC
October 7, 2022
Swiderski is not expected to leave Charlotte in the summer, according to MLSSoccer.com.
ANALYSIS
Swiderski's agent said there is "no lack of offers" for the Poland international, who has emerged as the team's best player this season, but Charlotte's sporting director Zoran Krneta has put an end to any speculation that the MLS club's Designated Player will be leaving any time soon. "Right now, Karol Swiderski is absolutely untouchable. That's not even a discussion," Zrneta is quoted. "There are rumors going around, but that's part of the soccer world. Karol is our captain, he's doing great for us, we love him. I think he's enjoying life in Charlotte and playing in MLS. Until this changes, he'll be our player."
