Rossi played his first full season with Columbus in 2024 and put together an excellent campaign. He recorded 19 goal contributions in 35 appearances, 11 of which came during an eight-match stretch over the summer. Rossi created 54 chances for his teammates, acted as Columbus' main set-piece taker, recorded 131 crosses (36 accurate) and still took more than two shots per match. He and Cucho Hernandez makeup arguably the best attack in the league and with the duo returning, Rossi is primed for another highly productive campaign in 2025.

                  Starting Monday
Rossi (hamstring) is in the starting XI for Monday's trip to Cincinnati.
                  ANALYSIS
Rossi is back fit and leading the line after being removed from the injury list for the first match of the playoffs. There was never a doubt if the striker would be back once a place in the playoffs was secured. Rossi finished the regular season with 16 goals and three assists in 29 starts, and will be a huge part of any hopes of upsetting Cincinnati in the opening round.
